this issue was just after the game update without the offsets being fixed. when the cheat also was still mostly in beta

i would myself trust externals more safety wise. like i would rather use a private cheat like: melatonin or oxide. or for public cheat i would go with phantom-overlay.

With what files? cause if you mean the config it should be placed in the folder of GOS mostly is also explained on the forum of the software.

if you would want a more feature rich type of experiance you get that with iniuria. if you want to be more safe than i would reccomend phantom over iniuria

the cheat is fairly good for a external yes, since it foccussed on security that good 2 for in thee later if they up the anticheat. and if you want to stream it would also be fairly good for that.

If you're looking for features, Iniuria. If you're looking for safety, Phantom. There is also a big difference in internals and externals. Phantom is external. Iniuria is internal.
