Good advice, something i try and figure out on the farm everyday.
Sure would be nice if they wouldn't treat our public roads around their farm like their personal racetrack!
He must of paid you to do this video You only have 456 subscribers And almost no views on any video Fits his narrative Fantasy
He is pushing a co digester as a short cuts Screwing everyone else’s water etc to try and become a industrial waste processor and dump He is too ignorant and uninformed, too greedy He actually has a tiger by the tail if it goes thru Blackrock was apart enough to get this idiot to agree to taking all the waste Industrial waste dewatered sludge And industrial waste water effluent By finding a greedy uninformed lazy farmer as a target The potential to pollute the Chesapeake bay water shed, the ground water and the land with forever chemicals, micro plastics is actually a liability his little LLC won’t protect the farm from What a crappy poorly run farm to pick Any farmer will tell you their disgust at the Berks co ag preservation letting this industrial waste process potentially going on is probably criminal and eventually they may have a day of reconciling with federal and or state corruption probes He is such an egotistical narcissist And you soft balling questions with no due diligence He is trying to wreck his community via greed and laziness Local farmers actually know what damage he is trying to There is no room for woke , ESG, lazy Narcissistic Wantabe farmers
Wow What it must be like to be a tiny dairy farmer looking for short cuts that made a lot of bad business decisions You are not even close to being the last closest dairy farm to the Atlantic Alternative facts are funny There are many larger dairy farms closer You sold your development rights off , bled the farm dry of options and equity If we the tax payers have not contributed so much to off set bad business decisions a productive farmer would have had a better go of it by hard work and not trying to become an industrial waste dump , processing facilitiy and disposal facility To listen to your lack of integrity and clear lack of work ethic is amazing Unlike any farmer I have any met You all had the opportunity to buy ground in the area but haven’t Greed and short cuts clearly drive you It’s amazing how lack of integrity is a pillar of your character
I worked in the ag industry in Wisconsin. God bless the dairy farmers.
from 8:45 to 10:49 should be required watching for business school!
As someone who works in dairies for a living I can tell you that this is the MOST white people I’ve ever seen on a dairry. If you see a white person, its an owner, veterinarian, or maybe a welder.
Dairy farmers are real farmers not like those phony crop farmers
Peggy , TIm, keep the stories coming job well done
Is this colostrum completely from grass fed cows?
Ugh. 🤮
She looks like she's perpetually in a bad mood
Great interview. Genetics run true in people as well. Great family behind this girl.
If the opportunity also for foreigner?
If I was a "GOD" I wouldn't have to kill my only child just to forgive anybody. I'm a "GOD" afterall so I could just forgive people by just saying I FORGIVETH THEE' But having a lust for blood and virgins I'm sure it must be different😂
Hi dear friend Great video Good luck subscribe 💙🔔
Super interesting after seeing a bunch of ads regarding colostrum products in the last few months!
Thanks for making this video on turning your passion to a professional career. Where would you guide a beginner to start their professional career? I’m impressed, I liked this video and you've got yourself a new subscriber!
We Are So Proud Of You Tio. He Has Always Made Us Proud With All He Has Acomplished And Of The Wonderful Human Being He Is. Such A Humble Person And With Such A Bast Knowledge. 🐄🐄🐄🐄🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Very good and thought provoking!
This podcast on setting and achieving goals is a must-watch. The 'Fuel your fire' and 'Stoke the fire' sections were particularly insightful. I've learned the importance of embracing adversity and celebrating achievements along the way. Thanks to Katy and Elizabeth for sharing their wisdom!
Wonderful job Tom, heart touching, when you talked about Ernie. Love you, Kathy
“Giving back”…Is the synergy that makes the world a better place! TY for making a difference! ❤
Excellent interview with a genuine leader. Well done Peggy!
'Promo SM'
Great episode! Love the passion both of you contribute to help support in the dairy industry and hope this year's Dairy Cares event is the most successful yet!
Peggy. Wonderful podcast as normal. This might sound a bit hairbrained but would it be an idea to make an uplevel flowchart? A flowchart based on every step/podcast a dairy business should take to improve.
That is a brilliant idea! I'll see what I can do :)
I know you dont get many viewers or comments. But i appreciate it and thank you for it! Im a dairy farmer in the UK running a 400 pedigree holstein herd.
Thanks, Will, your comment means a lot! So glad you find value in Uplevel Dairy. What else would you like to hear about on the podcast?
I'd really like to here more on in depth herd management. Fertility. Diets. Foot health. Mastitis. Transition period. Anything about optimising herd performance with key to being more cost efficient.

Ours is GROW and it is an acronym made of “Getting Real On Winning”. Winning is often thought of just one-upping someone or something else. Our reason for GROW is to bring clarity to what WINNING means in our roles as people, what it means with our peers and customers. This will hopefully help us each stretch up as people as we pursue winning.
LOVE this! What a powerful way to make this word your intention as a team for 2023! Here's to GROW-ing, Milk Barn LLC!
Very inspiring Peggy. Thanks for sharing.
Inspired by you, Tammy!
great podcast!
