All put together it weighs about 8lbs, personally I don’t think it’s heavy it was easy for me to move around.

Hi! Congrats on your baby! The music should come on after you have connected the power cable make sure the cable is connected on the bottom connection I made the mistake once of Connecting it to the top which was wrong, there are two other connections on the top that connect to one another. If the problem continue I would contact the manufacture might just be an issue with that particular swing. Hope this helps many blessings.

Hello! You have to disconnect the metal pole on the back of the seat that connects on the sides you’ll see a button on both sides of the chair you squeeze to release it while pulling up on the bar. You can do one at a time. Remember to also unclip the seat cover in the back as well.

Since you’re having trouble removing the top part of the cover I would just suggest disconnecting the top metal bar that’s connected to the rocker that’s holding the cover it’s probably just an exact fit and reason why the cover doesn’t just slip off. Hope this helps!

Hmm is the power connection connected to the bottom outlet on the swing? If so and it’s still not working I would contact the company to see if they can send you a replacement.

Can the swing be used with battery or need to be plugged? Also is the chair reclinabile?

@@dd-jo2wg it doesn’t recline sits up like a chair. And you plug it in. You need a battery to make the seat vibrate tho

Hiii, hmm I’m not sure the exact measurements I do current have and use this product my daughter is now 9 months and still able to nap in there without any problems.

The vibration piece on the seat takes one C battery.

I’ve been using mine for 6 months and my baby is now 15lbs and I haven’t had any issues with the straps. I have been able to loosen and tighten it without any issues.

Yes it comes with a power cord you will only need batteries for the vibrating option.

My daughter just turned 5 months (14-15lbs) and haven’t had a single issue with it so far and I use it daily. Straps are still in great condition even after loosing it and strapping her daily since she kicks around a lot. The rocker uses c batteries and the swing functions through power cord.

In the video I can see the swing isn't connected to any cord does it mean you can choose to use battery for both swing and rocker? Also can you regulate the Seat back and forth to make baby lay more flat or it stays like this?
