How do I disable the speed limit ours only goes 5-6mph

I need help, the one I use goes slow when I’m pulling it towards me but when I push away from me it goes fast. How do I change the settings and make it go fast all the time ?
Fantastic video showing why this is the pallet jack to get. I have been around many electric pallet jacks and nothing compares to the stability, safety and efficiency of the EJE10! A couple quick items to add; the ability to operate in very tight areas with the tiller up in "turtle mode" and no roll back at all when stopped and started on an incline. Again, nice demo, George!
But why are the onboard chargers $1500 and don't last more than max 2 years? Also the drive wheels wear out faster than crown, and tiller bolts back out by themselves and break the position switch bracket? Are any of these issues being addressed and improved with newer models?

Danny, do you mean the red button on the handle that stops the jack?

Atlantic Lift Truck, Inc. The one I have had snapped or broken off...I have a new replacement to fit back on...but not sure how they are fitted? It looks an easy swap but not sure how to fit the new button back on?
