Isn't it unefficient? Two different galvo heads feed two different UV laser source, am i right? Couldn't be possible the one powerful laser source marks the whole four product area at one time with a big lens.? If it doesn't, the costs are too much.
hello, friend, good question.yes, two different galvo heads feed two different uv laser source, one galvo head with powerful laser source marks the whole four product at one time with big lens has several disadvantages, firstly, the marking time will be much more than two galvo head, secondly, big lens means the laser beam shot onto product is weaker than smaller area, the marking result won`t be perfect, thirdly, the costs of high power is not much less than 2 low power sources. overall, thanks for you question.
