What a beautiful tribute to your dad. I'm sure he's smiling down at you. I remember my folks taking us over to Lall's Photo Studio as a kid to get family pics done. I remember that studio well, upstairs in the building next to George's book store with all the different coloured backgrounds etc. Your dad took a pic of my RC School class and he gave your brother a copy of the picture to give me. So sorry for your loss.

Who played Gaston?

I wonder if there's some technological solution to the lack of a conductor for kids when the music is recorded. Surely something with, say, a laptop screen downstage that keeps the pulse and even can cue the singers to their entrances (analogous to a conductor pointing) could be devised? Of course, it could also prompt lyrics, and there would be a big danger of over-reliance, and kids focusing on the screen instead of correct focus. Still, an interesting thought-problem.

My sincere condolences to the family. It was a blessing to know her and learn the blueprint woman for a Family. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel, she will be truly missed. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
