Thanks for seeing the tower from the interior, panoramic views and light show (at first wondered what the attachments to the columns and beams were).

The NYC museum that I love the most is the Cloisters.

I lived in NYC back when I was in college. I loved both the Metropolitan and MOMA. I love the Chicago Museum of Art and the Getty but my all time favourite is the Detroit Institute of Art. I could look at the Diego Rivera murals for hours. I love the impressionists. I used to spend hours wandering it before it opened. My dad used to tape a radio show there donkey’s years ago.

Thanks for a quick ten hour flight :) And, appreciate your recordings whelter outside or interiors. Most travel bloggers only stay outside never going into places which makes for redundant boring videos. Nice intro

Although I liked this video I was a bit disappointed that you didn’t talk to give us any history off the objects you were showing.

I lived in Paris for many years which has the greatest number of museums (and bookshops)in the world. Two of the best are the Louvre, on the banks of the river Seine home of the Mona Lisa as everyone knows but also the famed "Winged Victory of Samothrace" from antiquity and works by Michaelangelo, and Raphael among numerous other classics. Musee d'Orsay on the opposite bank of the Seine has a great collection of Modernist works including Van Goghs, Monet and Manet (don't confuse these two) amid Impressionism in general. I should mention that the French and Americans have had a great relationship since our revolution that they supported. Please get to BEAUTIFUL Paris as soon as you can, you will never regret it!

*Thank you* for the tour Pretty amazing. Are the outhouses just as ornate with murals on the ceiling, gold toilet seat and some ancestor's bust looking at you ? The Alhambra, Granada, Spain, would be trippy rotating the camera towards the ceilings :)

So, they're in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and people have nothing better to do than to look at their phones. Get a life.

Terrific video. I have wanted to see exactly this for so long. Well made. These museums are so magnificent they’re ruined by the noisy of chatter. Perhaps someday they implement a ‘whisper only’ policy. Wouldn’t that be better? What does everyone think? I live in Japan. They’re really quiet and it’s nice.

The best museum in Rome is MUSEO NAZIONALE ROMANO. It is a museum for intelligent people.
