I agree wholeheartedly. The prosperity/word of faith cult has destroyed the “idea” of church, sadly. Paying a man millions of dollars to feed your ego & put your hope in wealth 2 hours a week is not “stirring up love & good works” nor is it “bettering the collective” but training others in greed & selfish ambition. Feeding the desires & passions of the flesh which Christ crucified. Clear evidence they have not been crucified with Christ. It’s taken me 9 years to convince my own parents this is a false gospel. House church has been the only place I’ve seen every individual utilizing their gifts & serving the needs of others. May the God of peace & the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you as you go on this journey with Him to preach His gospel.

Those that do not believe will not see or comprehend how wonderful Christ has made us. We are hidden in Him. But upon His return, we shall be glorified. With this hope, we must purify ourselves.
