This is our rescue ferret Wesley (he is currently one of four)! I found him sleeping in the dig box today! (he has never done that before but it sure looks comfy!) The dig box is made up of shredded cardboard that I bought at a pet store in a huge bag for only £1! We have also used leaves from the garden (they love the crunch!) and rice (a favourite, but expensive!). The box is from IKEA and I drilled a hole in the side and attached a tube with a cable tie so it would stay in place...this way I can keep the lid on it but they can still find a fun way to get in and out, because we also have cats and a 'dig box' to them means 'cat litter box' :/.... I wasn't impressed! haha
