I appreciate the video. May I know what's your view on individuality? To give you help I will to put starting point in context of culture. For example western cultures put emphasis on individuality and even create terms like souls for metaphysical grounding, and eastern cultures where promoted is realization of "no-self" or incarnation of the one in every being are rather concerned with collectives. What is your stance on this and how this relate to "self"-development?
Thank you for your question Peter, let me attempt a response. I believe that we are part of a bigger picture and the greater success of which depends on how we individually play our part. Microcosm in the macrocosm therefore we have to live well in the community but not at the expense of our purpose, whatever that is. Hence the desire to know thy self and work through challenges, issues and be able to pay it forward. Helpful I hope.

Yes. I always take a minute, but it is actually a good thing. My family used to laugh about how slow I am to start and I adopted really bad habits of rushing from my exes. Now that I finally have that confidence and wisdom, I know how important it is to center myself first before starting anything and taking any action. There can be 100 people going one way and they can all actually be going the wrong way.
So so true! It makes complete sense and usually do what feels right than follow the masses, hard sometimes to do but necessary. Family usually hurt us the most because they mean the most to us and tend to have easy access. Well done on your growth and thank you for sharing.
