College Freshman and I like making cool 3D art stuff
I upload the big posts on my UA-cam channel here, but I post other smaller things I'm working on or have done more frequently on my Art Instagram!
I'll try posting more of my 3D art stuff if I have some time to work on things while in college
I didn't originally intend on a "theme" for my channel/posts, but considering most of my posts here are Godzilla related stuff of big mecha Kaiju's... expect stuff like that I guess lol

Godzilla: KOTM - (VFX Testing) Kevin regeneration scene
Recently, I was able to quickly update this render with some lightning and fire VFX. Originally, I wanted to add these components (and more) into the oringal render but I didn't know how to do it at the time in Blender.
There is most likely a better software to do VFX in, but as of now I've been mainly messing around with it in Blender itself.
I've actually been trying to experiment with VFX with another MKG animation over the summer on a different project, but I still haven't finished that one yet, college started up again sooo very little time to work on it.
The smoke and other effects in that one were causing slow performance, and that entire project is very laggy in the viewport to work in :( but I will stil ltry getting it done, as it is the "trailer" for a longer animation I plan on making of it :)

YESSS Thank you for noticing!!! That's exactly what I was going for, I thought it would be creative/clever little idea that technically make sense! I also tried using other general design elements from Mechagodzilla like the X things on the arms.. idk why MG has them but I added small ones in various places on the limbs, just to name 1 design element I took inspiration from tried
I think it should be more like *_-Armored Mothra-_*
I was thinking of that, but I decided to look at design elements more from Mothra Leo, Mechagodzilla, and obviously Mothra 2019 haha

Yeah sorry about that 😅 I noticed that it only went up to 720 like a couple days after posting it, I must've rendered it with some lower settings or something. I was on a big time crunch on getting this animation done so there's a couple little things I'd fix if I could go back to it

I have some big ideas planned for this model, this short animation was mainly a way for me to experiment/practice animating the model It takes a lot of time and effort to make these kinds of cinematics, will especially take longer with college returning soon, but i'll try getting a couple more posts out!
