      Nah, i just think its a lil insensitive, to call that pain while others are suffering from actual pain: wounds, grief, etc. I'm not not saying that you are not suffering from not yet achieving your dreams or whatever, but i think its a bit inconsiderate to throw both things in the same hat...       @@jordanterry6248 I respect your free speech but I want to clarify a few things. God makes a huge difference, not just in my life but in the lives of many others. His presence and influence bring peace, comfort, and even health, and I speak from personal experience and experience of many others. I didn’t mean to imply that atheists need to believe in God for good health. Rather, I believe that trusting in Him can be beneficial for our well-being, as He is sovereign over every aspect of our lives, including our health. You can absolutely have both medicine and prayers, medicine is a tool God has given us, and prayer is our way of connecting with Him to say that you have to choose is intellectually dishonest. My point was to say health and God are connected, not to separate them. Sleep is essential for health, and I believe God cares about every part of our lives, including our rest, he even gives us a day of rest. It might have seemed outrageous due to some misconceptions about what I was saying, and I apologize if I wasn’t clear. But I think it’s right not to criticize someone who is simply trying to help. My main point was about the importance of sleep, and I mentioned God because I try to put Him first in everything I do. Lastly, regarding the Easter comment, I don’t believe in or celebrate holidays like Easter due to their pagan origins, so I wanted to clear up that assumption as well.

      @@Kfitnation i feel like you could get the same hypertrophy and better form using other machines. machines have drawbacks and advantages, but the smith machine gives up some of the advantages just to give the illusion of free weights.

      @@JProDuckShins it’s located on your back but face pulls still target the rear delt. I believe you are thinking of rhomboids or traps. A bent over row or t bar would be best for that
