What air pressure are you running in the tires?

Stock, the 93 lt1 c4s cooling fans dont engage till 228. Its insane, gm did design the motor to run warm, it is for emissions nonsense. I found this out because my temp sensor took a dump and the car got up to 234. I fixed the sensor and thought i hadnt fixed the car, because at 225 it wasnt cooling. It came on at 228, which is apparently stock. .-. gm giving c4 owners heart attacks.

I have no headers but did 2.5 exuast back from stock headers into an x pipe into flo master mufflers. Wonder if i got similar numbers in gains as u did..?

Did you order headers through Michels Performance?

Another alternative to headers would be getting higher numerical rear differential gears. Many C4 automatics use 2:56 gears. Changing them to 3:07 gears makes a nice difference in performance. Replacing with 3:42 rear gears used in manual C4's make even a more dramatic difference.

Absolutely those tips will look a million times better!! I also got a duel tips and put them side by side under the license plate looks like the quad tip from the C5 on. The system is actually a C7 intermediate pipe with Xpipe and secondary cats as primaries so I just ran it straight out the back in the middle thats how they are setup on the C7 so I did the same thing. The system actually fit under there as if it was factory! Perfect fit but i did have to customize it a bit headers too. And going straight out the back in the middle obviously i had to ditch the spare tire. Also i put Flowmaster super 10 mufflers on Flowmasters most aggressive sounding muffler. Lol its loud and obnoxious!! I absolutely love it!!🤣🤣🤣🤣 its going to be even louder when i ditch the cats.

Did you do long tubes? And why didn't you have it tuned? Tuning it is where the extra HP comes from after doing the headers.
