Hi friends, it’s been awhile! Been busy lately with work but finally had some time to finish episode 3 Hawaii vlog. In this episode, Tina and I explored Chinatown in Honolulu (one of my favorite Chinatown ever). We then make our way up to “Sandbar” up in North Shore and was greeted by a pleasant surprise. Safe to say, the experience was “turtle-y” awesome!

I'm very interested RN Case Management. I'm a new grad and had only 3months experience in Medsurg/Tele and now transitioning to Ambulatory Care Nurse outpatient. Do I need 3yrs experience in bedside to become RN Case Manager in hospital setting? Or MSN in Case Management will suffice my lack of experience? And which schools has MSN in California? I'm only seeing Samuel Merrit's MSN in Case Management and others are online out of state. I'm trying not to spend over 15k on MSN.
are you still doing ambulatory care nurse outpatient? Do you like it?
Hi Dianne! You don’t need a MSN, I recommend looking for a Case Management position in either the insurance world, or at a LTAC (Kentfield, Kindred, Vibra, Central Valley), get 1-2 years of experience, and then apply for an inpatient case management role!
