Shopping at a historic bazaar in Istanbul Turkey. This day was pretty special for Elena. She has been craving a shopping trip for awhile! Plenty of junk there, but also some quality products and food! It's a magnificent and beautiful historic place which has been in operation for close to 500 years. Go on a tour with us and see what we bought and our impressions of the day!

Traveling "The Loop" Vietnam in Ha Giang Vietnam. Everyone we have met in the past few months have told us about this gorgeous place and they were spot on! A fantastic place with mountains spanning hundreds of kilometres in every direction. Roads which twist and turn and rise higher and higher until you are above the clouds. The definition of breathtaking! This is a place everyone needs to see ...
Breathtaking Nature, Caves, and Ancient Pagodas

The nature of Vietnam is impressive! We thought we'd go to a bird sanctuaryand spot a few birds or something and thought that the pagoda was a typical pagoda. Were we so wrong! Probably one of the most memorable places we have seen in recent months. The nature preserve is a beautiful place. I've never seen such a concentration of wildlife gathered together like that(and sitting in the very midd...
Hung Mua Vietnam Mountain Climb

Climbing this mountain in Ninh Binh Vietnam was a treat.... though boiling hot! The gift at the top was a beautiful 360 degree view of the surrounding area and the keeper of the mountain, the dragon. My first time really playing with my new drone. I'll get better with time, I'm sure ;)

It was a learning experience for me. I'm definitely critical about things in the movie, but hey, it is what it is🤣
So the girls and women slave away weaving these rugs and get paid insulting wages , while these men sit around drinking coffee and flipping rugs while making questionable statements
One must be very careful buying so called silk rugs in Turkey. Many are made from rayon and passed of as silk.Although they will be more expensive you will be better off buying a silk rug from Qum,Iran.India and Pakistan are also starting to make silk rugs in Persian designs so be careful out there,it can be a minefield.
🔥🔥🔥
Hi Joshua. Really cool, thanks! It would be great if you also launched a telegram channel.
$1600 is a reasonable price for that blue silk rug. I spent two years in Turkey and almost every weekend I visited rug stores to become educated about Turkish rugs, which I found beautiful works of art. After a year and a half of education, I started buying rugs, ending up with 24 in various sizes and styles. At that point it was easy to tell a handmade carpet from machine made, but I also learned a variety of criterion that went into determining the value of a rug. Rug shop owners were willing to educate someone who displayed a genuine interest in their rugs, even though they were aware that I was unlikely to buy during that visit. On the other hand, I often brought guests to the stores because rugs embody so much of the culture of Turkey. They were often in Turkey for a short time so they were willing to buy after just one visit. Turkish people, including rug store owners, were some of the most hospitable people I've e ver met.
What is the starting price of the carpet!!??
Can we buy carpets online?
It is possible
I'm looking forward to seeing more videos on phrasal verbs
Keep it up!
In a few days. I have an ear infection and lost my voice 😳 soon ;)
Damn! I need to work on that one.
oh man...this is for English students haha, not for natives ;)
@@broadeningborders5270 I asked my wife if I ever use will after if and she said I do not...lol

It was the coolest experience! I’ve never seen a bird sanctuary like that). The bat pagoda too....creepy and mystical
Stunning and breathtakin views, Josh. Really love it
The second part is better ;). One of the first times using my new drone there. Got some beautiful footage)
Josh))) Good, clarified it right away - "I'm not gonna buy any carpet today because I live here"))) Turks are very hospitable))) and I also love their coffee (a-la Turk) in these small sophisticated-shape glasses
I never want to waste people’s time. his son thought we were easy tourists to take in to the shop and buy loads of souvenirs 😂 Have you been to Turkey?
@@broadeningborders5270 yes, twice. Never to Istanbul though. It's eye candy. Turks for sure love and appreciate beauty.
@@helen-matthews-usa yeah, love it here) the food...desserts are insane. I need to work out more than usual 😂 it feels like a great place to make home. Family in Russia and Chicago a direct flight from here. Istanbul is a great hub for traveling to other places)

Looks like an adult man, and cries like a little girl. My advice to you is a guy, do not torture yourself, leave Russia, I felt sorry for you (. The truth is that somewhere in the US you will get a black man on your foot and you will not be complaining, ha ha, white kid
My advice to you is to try understand my sense of humor. I've been living in Russia for more than a decade and love it here! I don't need you to pity me or feel sorry for me. I've been through much worse in my life lol. The truth is that I will get a black man on my foot? What do you know about life in the USA? Have you ever lived there? Very interesting to understand your point of view. I've lived in many cultures throughout my lifetime and only sharing my experiences. You need to lighten up "kid"
Oops! When I hear "result", I hear [rizo:t] lol
Анна С 🤷🏼♂️ the more you practice, the better-trained your ears will get😎
J Flick yep 🤪 undoubtedly 💪
I have to show off! If you don't mind, do not add any background music to your vids) It's cool listening to a native speaker, no side effects bothering you all the time))
Анна С Thanks for the feedback;). Ill keep that in mind for future videos 🙏👍🏻
One person thought I was extremely rude, but wasn’t paying attention much😂. I don’t project negative energy on people unless they push it on me 🤷🏼♂️
Lol 🤣 butstin’ into laughter 🤣
The message ideally organized and presented ❤️👍 I’m your fan now.
Анна С 🙄😀🤗 Thanks. Off the cuff🤷🏼♂️ I’ll be adding something new over the weekend. Some English hacks 😎.
Анна С glad you are enjoying😎👍🏻
hungry = angry? is that really an excuse to be mean? is that ok to be rude just bc you're hungry? btw next time you gonna yell at people at burger king try to remember how much they're paid to put up with crap like that.
Kaylee Frye where did I ever say that I was mean? I simply asked for my money back and left. I didn’t express my unhappiness there. I’m expressing my feelings here. I was far from rude. I was quite polite. The employee was the one who was rude. Rewatch/listen and understand more clearly maybe 🤔🤦🏼♂️😉.
