I’ve lived here for 30 years, and I haven’t met one of them yet. Our current issues are more related to thefts, specially venezueleans and colombians.

This is not Downtown Lima, if you got the chance to visit DT Lima. I will recommend to go early, Barranco is a nice place to visit aswell. Enjoy Lima
