LYHBeyond is the largest capital improvement project in the City of Lynchburg's history and the most impactful project to date in keeping our cherished waterways clear and thriving. Take an aerial look at the eventual path of the Blackwater CSO Tunnel as it travels deep beneath the Blackwater Creek starting at the Point of Honor Trail near Hollins Mill Road toward the bottom of 7th Street in Downtown Lynchburg.
