Started this diet Day 1 103.1 Day 2 101.6 Day 3 99.8 Day 4 100.3 Day 5 99.6 I am only taking 6 Egg white= 105kcal So I have 345 kcal extra So I take tea(chai) with stevia Following this diet strictly But taking egg white only + tea Will update every day
