This actually looks pretty cool. I really like semi open games on Gameboy. There's not a lot of them and this looks competent and interesting. It's almost done in a RE style survival horror but on GB and actually released, (unlike actual RE port on GB which was hilarious looking and never released), I have GB "Alien vs predator" and while it looks great, plays well and such...it's just too easy, short sbd has little to no reason to replay it more than once or twice. I'm def gonna keep eyes open for this aliens game

wait a minute, this is Robowarrior! One of the hardest fuckin' games for the NES. That song is burned into my brain. Never knew it got marketed as part of the Blaster Master series.

i liked a lot of the concepts that this game had, some rpg fans getting on a RPG world without knowing the real history behind this, while travelling between the real world and the phantom world. Sadly besides the fact that in the beginning there are some jokes about the fact that they are on a rpg, this falls apart pretty fast. The game is a straight forward regular RPG, actually somewhat short and really not that challenging, so you wouldn't need to grind a lot to beat it. It has some other stuff, like special attacks after beating some bosses. Not a bad game, nice soundtrack, nice ideas, nice graphics and it dind't feel that repetitive unlike some other RPGs, and the ending was okay, but still, so much wasted potential.

Is it me or does the music sound slightly different compared to the NA version? This one seems to have more punch with the beat.

On the Garbage pail, when you go straight up on the first stain on the wall is the Smart Gun, which is the ultimate gun on the game. The Pulse Rifle is good when you find it in the Egg nest before the last, but you are given early access to the Smart Gun and is the strongest weapon, it's just too hidden.

That's an interesting idea for Gameboy game mechanics, I've to admit.

Why not kill final Boss? Is the best enemy in the game , like blastermaster but more bigger

A shame that some of the objects that need to be collected are sometimes so hidden. For example there is a fifth weapon (or technically third), the pulse rifle, which you can find in the right corner of the trash heap. I only found out about it myself through a walkthrough, twenty four years after the game's release.

I always had exactly the same issue at the end.. (I had this game when I was a kid). Hence I never completed!
