I have great memories of Castle Miner z . The point to us was to get past the blocks to alien weapons . And yes bases were gigantic . This was early or even before Minecraft we paid 20 $ for that. I remember total miner as well. Great memories

My guy, I know this is old and you probably won’t see this. But terraria stands side by side with Minecraft, with its own take on the blocky sandbox. To be honest herobrine is the myth that scared me so much a child, but know as a adult I find he's story and legacy inserting. One myth I can still remember is that in you can turn into a Zombie in the night time. And that the Ender dragon could be tamed or the egg to have a dragon companion. They are some mods out there that let you do this. And also the Red Dragon as well with's is my favorite myth! I hope we will get the dragon in the future as a updated or as a mod.

“The cake is a lie” splashtext could be apart of a popular texture pack! Some texture packs that I use change/add custom splash text messages. Mods sometimes also do the same thing. It’s not hard to change the splash texts anyway it’s just a .txt document in Minecraft

This is late, but for Glasshall4, the reason there isn't any bedrock is because it wasn't present in the world generation at the time. Until later in infdev, at times the lower world barrier would be an infinite lava sea, and at other times it would be bedrock, and in the spring of 2010, it was a lava sea.

Glad to see you still posting every here and there! - Utopia actually looks like a really cool map; gotta agree with your comments about the beta version tho 😅 - Manhattan Project looks like a nice thought, to me. It doesn't really capture the "multiple towers" well, but I imagine it had more to do with the iconic skyline. That said, the limited block palette back then would make it more difficult to do anything more. To me, there is no way a recreation of what a building like this looked like can really be in poor taste. If it were the rubble or had an aerial vehicle seemingly in motion near, next to, or inside of it, then we can talk poor taste (although i imagine we wouldn't be talking about it in the first place on yt in this context).

You can cover old Horizon city map in next video, one of the most popular sandbox-zombie survival map back then for 1.2/1.4 as i remember. It's even had somewhat story in it
