The recommended plugin definitely seems like one of the ones that would get you banned if jagex see it. There's also a load of cases of people getting banned for using certain plugins im definitely not risking that one its too much of a big change to how the game normally looks that i can smell a ban coming haha. The rest look cool though ill double check if i have the zoom smoother on

They need to remove runelite and hdos completely and keep working on their own client like they are doing now and that way they have a good look at what plugins they have into their own client so everyone still has all the good plugins no more sus plugins

the reason you are not finding other pkers in the wild is they are all at bounty hunter. you know the pvp update where you do not have to spend hours looking for one fight.

I enjoy pvp in wildy and i couldnt give a damn if someone locates me using this. I often only risk 4m - 7m anyway. But now the bots aren't in rev caves anymore because of the cctv theirs no pkers around either

In defense of (one of) the plugins, name indicator is one thing, because you HAVE to still be paying attention. PKer alarm however is 100% braindead and shouldn't be a plugin.

what jagex really need to do... is reduce the actual pvm scenarios in the wildy on certain worlds, and remove its pvp aspect, unless its things like clue scrolls, mage arena 2, or the "low tier" pvm like bandits, skeletons, scorpians, spiders etc... so what do i mean by this... well, lets say we have 200 members worlds for example, remove monsters like revs, callisto, scorpia etc from 125 of these worlds, and leave them in the remaining 75 worlds... so if people want to do that boss in the wilderness, there are less safe places to do so with continuous world hops meaning the risk vs reward stays high and not only would this push the item prices of those drops back up due to being less monsters... but pvm'ers would need to either join a group in the multi version rather than solo (as it was always intended), or, start turning to pking themselves to thwart away the solo pvmer... and, by now removing 125 worlds of those bosses, it also means pkers are more active here, again, making the pvp more lively and active, as was always intended for pvp

Wilderness player alarm levels the playing field a little bit if anything for non-pvo players to interact with the wildy at all. Pk community seriously understates the the skill gap between those who pvp and those who don't, and the skill floor gets higher every year. Plus, Pkers can also use wilderness player alarms to assist them with their own reaction times, which should already be higher considering they're hunter and not hunted. Biggest issue with Wildy rn is still gold farmers and bots. Most especially the terminator pk bots Abyss made a video about. Also voidwaker price is going down because burning claws are super affordable by comparison and work in a lot of the same places

Except pkers can also use player indicators to find victims faster and someone who is actively looking for someone to PK is absolutely going to react faster than someone who is focused on skilling, not to mention that it doesn't matter if you as a victim react a couple seconds faster than the PKer if you are still stuck in lvl 30 wilderness or above Teleblocking and freezing someone at rogue's chests who just wants to train thieving for a stupid diary requirement is not PvP skill

There should be a way to opt out of this. So people who want wildycctv can have it. But if you choose to use it, you are automatically skulled. Thoughts?

It's going to be comedy gold on reddit when jagex decides to remove PVP in the wilderness.

It was already over by 2014 when they had the GE forced in the game. Removed 80% of social interactivity in my opinion. It was polled like 5 times, then added a worse Zybez in being the trading poll or trading booth w/e, censored the word zybez ingame (the main trading website we all used before GE to see a username, item and price listed then added with PM on to say you're buying the item and meeting at a location) and don't get me started on Slayer.

i hard disagree. for the people that dont want to interact with pvp in general, especially ironmen, why does it matter that we can get an alert to see when youre coming? You mean to tell me, im supposed to just deal with a demon ahk pvp bot that i have no chance of getting away from in my 200k risk? You want me to fight back with an msb and a dds? Not that anything most people risk is that hard to get as an iron, but at the end of the day a lot of people that play this game, play it to enjoy it. Not to be annoyed by some neck beard in max trying to kill me for my nezzy helm and glory. Not to mention, a lot of the pvp community uses those plugins, AND CHEAT CLIENTS. The wilderness is just not what it used to be. The skill ceiling of pvp in this game not only has grown so massively from the floor, and theres no real incentive for new players to learn as it would take YEARS to be even at the level of your average pk'er. They keep trying to "fix it" but in all seriousness the only thing that truly needs to happen is opt in PVP which i know isnt a popular opinion. Its one of the main things that make this game what it is, but its beyond what i personally believe jagex can fix or do anything to remedy. Let the people who actually wanna participate in it, do so. Let the scared virgins who dont wanna fight a player (myself included) be in our own little sanctuary. The only way PVP becomes fun for anyone is if its a mutual thing. This cat and mouse bullshit with the wildy is just cringe, and hasnt been fun on the receiving end at least for myself for years now. Ive never been interested in pvp, and never will be. I assure you im not the only one either. What the game really needs is an actual pvp bracket system with ranks with rewards that are actually meaningful. real tournaments that arent deadman mode ROT DDOS. Hell, ill even go as far as to say make more PVP enabled worlds and lock pvp to those worlds only. Increase drop rates for items on those worlds across the board, but everyone is skulled. So it gives actual risk vs reward. But as it sits right now, pvp is dead. I mean shit why do you think people like dino and skill specs are playing fuckin GIM's now. The community will forever be divided on this issue.

No no this is fair game wilderness is infested by ahkers bots other legal plugins to help pvmers wilderness is dying rapidly. look how much voidwaker dropped in price. every wildy boss is bot farmed like crazy. there is no more risk for reward anymore. theres nothing worth wile to even go to wildy these days apart for crybabies ironman that wants ther d pick you should presure jagex to fix botting issue first remove player indicators and shit then we can talk about wildy cctv

I really want something like pvp off option for wilderness. There are people who don't do pvp, but has stuffs like clue scrolls and it's really annoying playing cat mouse game with some psycho pkers

jagex can't do shit about this website.. all they can do is ip ban the bot scouts.. but vpns exist so yeah..

Yeh website is fine. Wildy is pretty much a world hoping simulator and Jagex has been neglecting wildy for years.

I agree it needs to be removed, but I disagree with the part where this is jagex fault for disregarding pvp.... this isn't about pvp content or the lack of....its the fact the game is 20 years old and they been cheating for years improving coding and clients, jagex would have to reinvent the wheel to break the program, or have lawers take it down for a couple weeks until it resurfaces. Both of those are temporary.

I do agree the website fucked though and needs to be removed, its fucked for both pvmers and pkers.

Can't they just keep refreshing their teleblock on you?

It doesn't seem like you can use the agility shortcut to stay out of melee range. When you're entangled, you can't use the shortcut. Not sure if this is a recent update.
