    The countries that dont want to have a good economy. Will not do business with China, and those Western countries will watch their own citizens suffer . We was going into a recession. But many countries that wants to have a good economy is doing business with china. These countries are very rich and powerful. This is why the chinese stock markets went up so much because of the big investments in chinese companies. We will have to see slowly and wait . These rich powerful countries don't want to help the USA. The Yankees print money and buy everything and also the dollar isn't back up by gold . If a person has money to put in a bank . Will that person put in a yankee bank or a bank that is backed up with gold .

      Thank you for your comment. I agreed that we should wait and see the announcement by the Chinese authority. It seems that the government trying to assure that more debts will be issued to help the economy, but still lacking details. The fundamental issue of property downturn still need to be solved first.

      @AxeandYung . With the property downturn in china. Did you see or feel it coming a few years ago . When a profit is made . cash out what you put in . some people got too greedy . some went bankrupt. The circle always comes with a correction. I know lots of people have lost large sums of money in china . What can we do . When a cup is broken. Is going to take time to make a new one .Stay healthy and relax. Work rest and play . Be happy. This is life .

      Honestly I do not know much about China property market, while having heard some people around invested. It is lucky that I did not invest any as I do not prefer to just follow other people’s opinion without understanding the market, especially from those salesperson. While many think China property market is in deep trouble now, this will take time, and depends on how the government would help those developers and young buyers.

    It doesn't make sense, when you buy a home you only pay the down payments, why? in the game you never pay the full price of the home, your basically buying a home for 5 grand and then you get the tenants money without even paying the full price of the house

    • @AxeandYung
      @AxeandYung 13 днів тому

      Hey Andres, thanks for your comment. Well observation. The cash flow game is designed in a way that we only pay the downpayment, which is like in most countries, and then we will pay for the monthly mortgage to the bank, which can be seen in the liabilities and expenses in the financial statement. We are not required to pay the full payment as we are assumed to borrow from the bank. Hope this is clear. Are you playing this game online?

  • @AndresGuzman-z9z
    @AndresGuzman-z9z 14 днів тому

    What about the liabilities of the houses, you only make down payments but who pays the complete house? it makes no sense

    • @AxeandYung
      @AxeandYung 12 днів тому

      when someone purchases a house they usually make a downpayment and the bank will pay the rest. The owner will then have to service the mortgage from the bank. The bank earns interest from the mortgage. Same way if the owner sells the house, the buyer only pays the downpayment, the bank adds on the rest. Then the buyer service the mortgage.

    • @AxeandYung
      @AxeandYung 15 днів тому

      The procedure to open a new account in Singapore is quite strict, you need to present documents to proof, like the business registration documents, your personal documents like passport etc. The reason for strict procedure is to ensure people are not simply using it for illegal reasons. I think if you are keen, it is best to enquire the banker physically, the officers are always helpful.

      once you file the tax, by default is to pay all, but there is an option to pay monthly by application, this will be good to manage cashflow 😀

    • @AxeandYung
      @AxeandYung Місяць тому

      Last time no, now you have to have a min of half tank. However, I just pump till full and request reimbursement from them thru the app. Instructions how in the app. Make sure to collect the fuel receipt. Will get cash back within 2weeks. Faster if in the app cash wallet.

    Good video - I agree with you about versatility. I can fit the F-91W under a shirt sleeve easily for business casual use. The DW-5600E just barely fits. There's also a new model of the DW-5600, the DW-5600UE which replaces the blue EL backlight with a white LED. Also, the store you mentioned in Japan. It must be Yodobashi Camera in Akihabara (Yodobashi Akiba)
