Great vid...Mary has it down, that's for sure....this coming from a Rolfer....Balance is the key ingredient that needs to be established ....An important aspect is that Balance is not a simple sense like vision, hearing, smell, etc. Balance is not so much a sense as a skill and has to be taught----which is what Mary is doing.

The Chinese banned any restrictions based in vaccination status. They successfully contained the spread of the virus using effective track and trace which did not require large scale lock downs. They produced traditional (ie safe) vaccines in the same timescale as the west came up with an entirely novel (risky) medical intervention.
