What I’ve learned here is something I wouldn’t have discovered anywhere else; we have the responsibility to treat our bodies as the temples God made them to be, and just because this may feel like a burden sometimes, it doesn’t mean we deserve a break from looking after ourselves and prioritizing the health of our bodies and our minds. Thank you for your platform and the amazing work you’re doing for our communities.
