I'm sorry but you're crazy, in northern Colorado high end appliances are not the way to go. 1 million dollar homes have what you call low grade appliances.

If the old commission structure was 6% split 50/50 what is the difference if the Seller's agent signs on for 3%, and the Buyers agent signs on for 3%. No big deal right?

So I get most people think Heber City is 'country trash' and Park City is 'Park Avenue'...but... I was in Park City Utah today to check it out and stopped in the walmart for snacks. I noticed in the sporting goods section they actually had both 16 and 28 gauge shotgun ammo on the shelf...you really cant get much more 'hick' than that haha

Who says we have to amend our listing contracts? I did not see that anywhere in the NAR settlement.

You can go into open houses and you can also call the listing agent directly. But if you want your own representation and a fiduciary on your side the buy side you will need to sit down and have a consultation with a realtor first. The good news is that your agreement with them could be for a day for a week for a year for only certain properties they show you. There is a great deal of flexibility within that agreement that you can negotiate with the agent you are thinking of using.

How about if a house is an open house , am I unable to see it without a realtor? Thanks for the clean info provided in your video!

My big concern is at Schwab it says they can call for the money loaned back at any time. So if I take the money out for real estate, the money will be tied up in real estate. If they call for it, I wouldn't be able to pay them back right away. So even if my stock portfolio didn't tank, they can still call for the money back any time? That sounds risky.

Park City is already full. Insane lines at the lift, have to be already parked at 730am and wait 9am, season pass price skyrocketing, And more developers coming? So less parking and more cars on the road? Definitely not far away enough from SLC! And all they develop are communities for the super rich, so u think more units will make inventory goes up and price more affordable? nope! The existing units will continue to increase in price. Good for investors, bad for people who live there.

You could put 4 more bowling alleys in that house it has so many long hallways.
