And my last name is Chai
My name is Jay
I was on board with the 400pro I’m not sure now have you had any issues with your battery?
Hey there ! So far my batteries all good , I know what you’re referring to , I’m fortunate enough to not to encounter it , personal opinion , I find getting a new battery worth it just for the ability and flexibility that the 400pro gives
@@chaijayjay3127 that’s great to hear thanks for your feedback I’m undecided how ever I do wanna add some flash to my images this year now I’m between the 400pro and ad600bm as my first strobe
In my personal opinion , unless you really need the extra 1/3 stop of light , I would just got for the 400pro for the lighter weight smaller form factor
I have a couple of flip-lock leg tripods. I thought perhaps I'd add one of the screw-type leg also, for variety. They're nearly impossible to find nowadays, except for the expensive ones. I'll keep looking though.
Hi! Have you ever tried atf x? I would buy a new riser, some thoughts:)
Hi , unfortunately I’ve not tried the atf X personally , I have played around with just the riser and heard reviews from shooter, I would definitely say go for it!
Archery & photography is a natural combination!
Great video
Thank you! 🙏
You have improve alot from your lighting to your English .One day I’ll be proud to said that I know your channel ever since i you had 50 subs with that being said keep it up
nice video, but i have a serious question.. you're shooting on an R5, with a low iso and proper lighting, also you're using u fast reading memory card. my question is what is happening with all the noise and the artifacts on the video especially in the background ?!!
hey man, that's a great question, I can think of 2 possible reasons for it, the first is my colour grading skills , I'm still learning to color grade properly so artifacts and noise in the background most likely caused by my grade pushing it abit too much , the second of which is R5 itself, unfortunately it doesn't deal with low light environment very well , at least not when you compare it to R6 so that may be the case. However I feel the first reason is more likely the case as the environment of this video wasn't very well lit and inconsistent due to natural lighting
@@chaijayjay3127 hey man, i appreciate the time you took for answering🙏, i doubt the colour grading possibility cz it doesn't look like you went so heavy enough to tear the footage apart, also about the R5 even if it's not a low light beast, iso 100 won't create a problem unless you lift your exposure dramatically in post, i suggest to play with your recording bitrates since you're lucky enough your camera and card allow it. this been said, I guess the problem may be your exporting settings, if you're not feeding the rendering with enough data it may cause some artifacts, add it to the bad youtube compression you end up with worse. i hope you find the solution, and i wish you a successful journey
@@achraftarik4850 wow thanks alot for the tip man, but not all the footage in this video are at ISO 100 haha normally I will remain around 400 minimum and around 1600-3200 max
is it comparable to a amaran 200d?
Hey, man...just did a mod to the fan to lower the noise of the fan on the FS-300 by 10.2 db. Let me know what you think: ua-cam.com/video/62DLlEd2r18/v-deo.html
everything is shaking 😂
thanks for the great comparison!
What do you suggest for a good sl60w? A 120 or 95 centimeters godox octabox?
this really will have to depend on your use case , in my opinion i would go for 120 just because the larger softbox allows of better flexibility , however you have to consider the power of the light as the larger the softbox the more it diffuses the light , TDLR , it depends on your use case
@@chaijayjay3127 after a bit of measurement I've seen that the 120cm is enormous for my studio so i bought an apututure se (about 90cm) used on Amazon whd for around 100€...it's more expensive but I hope will have a greater resell value
That’s great news , yeah Aputure products tends to have better resell value
My FS-300 was worth the money, but sorely limited in functionality by its lack of an app / remote controller. I find myself using my Aputure 120D more often.
yeah i absolutely agree with you , sorry about the later reply , i've been unwell for quite some time , the lack of a remote or a app is very troublesome especially when you have the lights up high , but Nanlite have release a remote for it so maybe you can check it out?
You forgot to speak about the main function: The lighting quality of the lights. Because the Nanlite is not a COB but a set of leds. I am afraid of the shadow quality with the Nanlite?
Hey man , sorry if i missed that detail , so for me i would say that the lighting quality between the 2 lights are very close , if you're referring to the shadow quality , i would say that the Godox would have an edge over the Nanlite
Do you notice the fs-300 fan noise in a interview setup?
it depends on the surrounding but if its in a close room with a boom mic , yes it will be noticeable ,but with a bit of post processing you can minimize it , however it's not noticeable if you're using a lav mic
You got nice editing but you dont have enough subscribers to get monetized
Great video. Keep doing what you love.
thank you man !
Nice video , Malaysian ?
hi , yes i am malaysian
Nice review of the FS-300!
thank you sir
Any link for the softboxes?
hi there , i just placed them in the description , thank you for reminding me haha
Yes, good and affordable starting light! 👍🏻
Great production quality, big improvement from videos in the past! Would like to see some visual information in future videos to help me understand it better! Keep up the good work!
I love that intro! Do you mind asking me who done it for you
hey man thank you very much , i made it myself
Furst
I think in manual focus the camera will not overheat it is from a source I will give you
sure thing man , i would love to take a look
That looks exactly like my Infetic Nexus Edge. Not a bit of difference at all.
They're the same rods, just rebranded. Manufactured by Cartel/Doosung in Korea as far as I know.
Different weights I think. Ex is a little heavier in the specs on Lancaster
The edge have more colored anodised ends and fusion ex have a black rubber piece near the end. I personally cant choose which one i like more, they look great
Suggestion for next video = Cheapest FF camera for those who..... "want" it. 1) Canon 5D Classic, a cheap no frills photographer's camera. Basic, it has all the functions that will teach you photography. Its cheap as nuts. And the lens is not all that expensive either. Cons is that... Its hard to find one used now. 2) Canon 5DM2, for those needing to learn video. Cons, when you take it and use it in a real-world situation such as taking event jobs, it really shows its age. 3) Sony A7 (Gen.1), a monster of a mirrorless camera. (Not a Sony shooter so, I dare not say). Probably thats all I can think of right now haha.
Lol at "don't bluff yourself... you will need it" talking about a 512GB CF express card for the R5.
And you may have thought photography was expensive...
hahah well so far , I've owned 3 boards now , one's an alice board from local creator which is arriving soon and an IRON R2 , and still i think photography is more expensive
Thank you for your infusion; I value your option. I will be purchasing the R5 soon. I wish you good prosperity in your photographic endeavors.
Your welcome and thank you as well , glad it helped
Really nice video keep up the work Man!
thanks alot man , appreciate the support
Nice video quality is insane you deserve more subs!
thank you much my man , i try my best to push out quality video to the best of my abilities
@@chaijayjay3127 Ofc I just subbed keep up the hard work it’ll be worth it!
what about overheat in 4k Hq thanks (good video)
Hey thanks for the review ! I didn’t encounter any overheating issues with 4K normal mode (I recorded roughly around 15 minutes continuously ) however with 4K HQ mode there was significant heat increase the grip section (where the card was) , but so far there wasn’t any overheating issues with it as well , do mind that for 4K HQ mode , I’ve only used it for recording at the most around 6 minutes continuously and the test was in a air conditioned room around 23 degrees Celsius , I do believe you will encounter overheating if you were to record for more than 10 minutes in a air conditioned room , and less if outside under the heat , hope my answer helps 😄
@@chaijayjay3127 28 minutes 4k Hq before overheat flash
That’s interesting , I will make a video to torture test the camera and see it’s limits

Thanks man. Couldn’t find any other installs. Much appreciated
Sorry thought you were putting it on. If you were to make a video of the installation I’m willing to bet you’d get a good many views. I can’t be the only person who would like to see the best method. Just a tip, there are 2 sides, one rounded for Hoyt bows, one 90 degree for riser’s that aren’t rounded. You can spin it around to fit flush to the riser depending on your setup.

3:15 - 400g..?? Dude that's almost half a kilo.
Hey man , yeah i was eyeballing it at that point cause i couldn't find the official weight for it
@@chaijayjay3127 Yeah, they're actually around 80 grams, but who cares. You're not always on point with stuff like that but I still find your videos very informative, the image quality is great and we get to see products from some lesser-known brands up close which I think is worth a lot when there isn't that much info out there. Might give these stabilizers a go myself.
@@rickardbrinck2886 hi Rickard , yeah i was eyeballing the weight and didn't exactly measure it so i didn't give an accurate answer for it , thank you for clarifying and i'll definitely be more accurate about these stuff in the future
