#Charlotte, NC is climbing the #economic mobility ladder according to new study.
Great news for Charlotte! A new study shows that our city has made strides in #economicmobility with children now having a better chance to rise out of #poverty compared to previous generations.
📈Back in 2014, we were ranked last in the nation at No. 50, but today we’ve climbed to No. 38. This improvement is thanks to incredible organizations like our partner, Classroom Central which provides essential school supplies and resources to #teachers and students in need.
Stay tuned for our upcoming Celebration Video on September 29th, where we’ll highlight how our amazing community came together to support 2,500 students from lower-income neighborhoods in Charlotte.
