Really, really, really good save at about 13:10 in when the larger twins in front of you got mixed up, great heads up. Actually both saves were very good, glad to see you getting after it and racing at the front against bigger bikes Mark it's always a treat.

Nice to see you going up to Calabogie so often! Jealous of the Ninja 400 you seem to be really enjoying putting lots of time on it.

That was so much fun! That's what racing should be, with all of us SO close at the finish there, P3 through 6 all in a row!

Mark- thanks for posting this vid. Being able to see the gear you are in is so helpful. I’ve started attending track days in earnest this year. At Talladega GP, I was at about 1:15 and 1.5 months later hit 1:10:94. So much of the improvement came from the race video you posted where I could see your shifting. I’ll be watching this video religiously, as I am going to Road Atlanta with Precision Track Days on July 1 & 2. Many thanks for posting!

Glad I could be of service! Feel free to run a camera yourself this year and return the favor! You really jumped out of the gates very quickly! I was struggling to keep up that first lap, but the first time you had the throttle issue, I was able to latch on and pick up my pace to match yours. Bummer about the throttle. It was a fun battle while it lasted! Would have been even more fun if you, Rob and I all battled all the way to the end!

This is easily the best footage I have of myself and a great way to critique my own riding. It's also a reminder that throttles hanging up going into charlotte's web is a huge pucker factor. Thanks for posting Mark!

Hey Mark, haven't made it to the track lately, now raising a grandson and it keeps me busy and broke. Glad to see the RD still running strong. Jerry and Doug keep me updated with everyone so I know how everyone is doing. I still have my RD and my T500, hopefully I'll be able to get back out at some point. Give your wife a hug for me and maybe I can make it to at least come hang out at a track sometime this year and watch some racing. DC

Thanks! This was a very special race for sure! It was so much fun to have so many fast riders to battle with. Typically vintage racing is more 1v1, occasionally maybe 3 of us, but all 5 of us were fighting HARD for that 4th place! Too bad we couldn’t hang with the 3 fast guys out front…. They were simply on another level!

As a non racing motorcycle lover, this was fantastic. It's extremely unlikely I'll ever swing my bike around like this, so this video is as close as I'm gonna get. Thanks for sharing it.
