Job Opportunity: Manager of Billing and Reimbursement - Carthage Area Hospital, Carthage, New York
Carthage Area Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital with 2024 annual gross revenue approaching 100 million, is seeking an experienced Manager of Billing and Reimbursement to join our team. This full-time, on-site role reports directly to the Director of Revenue Cycle and oversees a team of 10+ FTEs, including coding specialists, the majority of whom are unionized employees. This role is both strategic and hands-on, providing leadership while driving process improvements to optimize billing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
