Ya ,, so the Trop’s roof blew off during Hurricane Milton! But what about the area, the people the homes that were and are destroyed? The city and its families and all their pocessions gone. No help from FEMA, the government or its officials . Horrible!! The roof of the Trop is gone! It’s not important compared to people who are hungry,Homeless and jobless! Get a clue on what’s really important to all not this one baseball player who doesn’t know what is the real need of what’s important! 😢😮😢

You know, on one hand obviously guys having to pursue more velo and break, as well as the pitch clock forcing a faster tempo definitely would make injuries more prevalent. On the other hand guys are not throwing 9 innings every 3rd day anymore. Workload is way down even from 20 years ago let alone 60-70 years ago. You would think those things would balance out. Guys work much harder but much less. I would guess the factor that unbalances things is were better at detecting injuries and players are more comfortable saying something is wrong. 30 years ago maybe they scan Strider's elbow and see his UCL isn't torn and they throw up their hands and say "I guess he just can't handle it" and he probably ends up out of the league. We know for a fact lots of guy's careers used to end over injuries we can fix now. Other times maybe a guy goes on the IL for a month now for something minor and in the past they would just tough it out and have a bad year and heal over the off-season.

Cant wait for Strider to come back in the Braves rotation this year! Missed you last year Spence. #bravescountry

We are glad to have Baker in Tampa Bay. He plays hard and leaves it all out on the field. He’s so easy to root for. He’s a great guy if you are lucky enough to see him out in public. He’s awesome in the community.
