Some trauma informed and ADHD friendly ways in which we might work together
A lot of people (of all genders) who’ve survived trauma and/or have ADHD live with an enormous amount of shame. They’ve stopped trusting themselves.
I help them work with their nervous systems and connect with and take better care of their Self - that highest, wisest, truest, wildest, most joyful, brilliant and miraculous part of themselves - to help them feel more embodied - peaceful and at ease in their own bodies and in the world.
To heal and to thrive.
I do this at events and through The Feel Better Every Day Podcast and the book, 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care Ideas for Embodied Wellbeing and with all the resources (many of them free) on the site - selfcarecoaching.net
You can also find me on social media. I share a lot about working with anxiety, stress, sleep, confidence, finding more purpose, meaning and joy, perimenopause and menopause and resilience. Connecting with your own inner wisdom (intuitive and the body’s wisdom) and remembering that you know yourself best.
You’re more you’re your struggles and challenges and all you’ve survived.
Whatever it is that you’re facing, you’ve GOT this.
I also share wild beauty from the west coast of Ireland (I’m Indian Irish and moved to Ireland in 2019 and am still pinching myself that I get to live here), some of what’s going on with my sea swimming and snorkelling, being a new driver (got my first full licence aged 48), the rescue cats and my triumphs and disasters with vegan friendly cooking and eating out.
