Great video! This really resonates with the advice my dad always gives me: avoid new builds, especially from developers like Taylor Wimpey. One major reason is that these homes are often constructed on very cheap land, typically in remote areas where the land value is low. To maximise their profit, developers cut corners by using the cheapest materials, which you've highlighted well in your cons (the wall problem is very common as well). Another point to consider is the long-term value of your property. New builds on cheap land are unlikely to appreciate significantly over time. On the other hand, an older property in a prime location is more likely to increase in value over 10, 15, or 20 years. I personally decided against a new build, partly on my dad’s advice, and also because most of them look like toy houses and no character. Instead, I went for an older build in a very good area with high land value, and I’m confident that it will hold its value much better in the long run."

I plant into plastic pot with holes, then put into large ceramic pot, good to help drainage ❤

You have the wrong container for them plants, the plants need drainage, also you have rotted the cactus from over watering,in my opinion the cactus shouldn't be in there with them,the cactus is a desert plant,hope this helps x

For your fuel economy, your mileage/fuel range is based on your driving efficiency (miles per gallon). If your driving is less efficient say local driving, you will get less range per tank than say more motorway driving. Zero the trip meter and it will give a more accurate reading.
