    Im really split between the evovle2 55, 65 flex and 75. In alot of the tests I have seen, the 65 flex mic performed best. Which will you recommend?

    Recently an airline chat bot hallucinated slightly while describing an offer a customer might be eligible for, the court ruled the airline had to honour the offer, companies will try to replace them but companies will start running into issues

    Kinda obvious right? Then you only need to employ a few engineers and a small team to deal with the issues that the automated system fucks up or can't handle. Guna be a hell of a lot less jobs going around though. Crazy to think that in a world where the idea is to work, we're removing as many jobs as possible.

    i work in a call centre and i thought 10 15 years ago our jobs would be gone but here we still are. I dont doubt it is coming but there will still need to be a small core of humans to deal with complex issues and some of our older customers but this will faze out in the years ahead but i shall be retired by then i expect.

    Really interesting - my guess is that if a particular job has a lot of procedures, programmed responses, and logical progressions in any interactions then it lends itself well to being automated. I still think there is a place for people who are part of the whole apparatus but perhaps there will be fewer: more effective perhaps, but likely fewer.

    Morning Martin, I prefer Tea for the first cup. Coffee through the day and a hot choccie to wind down with. As to abuse towards team members, I don't believe it has increased. Certainly is an ongoing issue. Previous issues highlighted from abuse is two main points, customer has been let down on a service or they failed to understand the service on offer. The third point would be, customer projecting personal circumstances. An airline I worked for had a zero tolerance. We were to give customers a warning and if they insisted in being abusive, the call could be disconnected. 🧡✨️
