I think one of the worst things we can do is put too much emphasis on time and deadlines. Pressure to prove ourselves as having value within a super condensed timeline in order to be happy will usually lead to the opposite

idk if this is a silly thing to say but I love how you film (?) your videos. like the way you keep the camera still while focusing on a stationary object feels really calming because of the subtle movement of like plants and stuff. it’s nicer than just a single photo on the screen like a ppt
