Hi, we arrived at about check-in time (around 3pm). After check in we went straight to Ningle Terrace so I think it was about 3.30pm. It turned dark very quickly in about 30 minutes. So by about 4pm, it's already quite dark like in a night time. Thank you for watching 😊

We booked the "First Timer's Program in English" in the afternoon because the morning slot was fully booked. Instead of turning left into City Square mall, turn right to Komtar JBCC mall. Enter Komtar and go to the ground floor. Once you reach ground floor, exit the entrance near Victoria Secret. You should be able to see the hotel on your right. All you need to do is cross the road and walk towards the hotel.

Bringing along luggage is fine as Komtar JBCC has lift to bring you down to the ground floor. Distance from the exit to the hotel is very near. Hope this is helps!
