It's good for you to supporting Maguire, when he's been our worst defender we've experienced in his time at our Club has been the worst period + triggered an 1 year contract extension for 60 years, Joke Thing Right. Alls well West Ham's Potter will want Maguire!
Amorim has been too brutal towards Casemiro & others cos we missed him against Bournemouth, Wolves & Newcastle. The initial objective is to persue a top 4 place, not playing him from the start when he has been needed could have prevented some of the goals & losses we have endured. The objective is to keep the players onside so we can get through the season & progress towards next season's champions league, any unsettling is down to Amorim, so he has to be careful! The Damage has already been done in December but by end of May we want Top 6 & champions league spot! Keep it in the family!
Stam for me . Absolute warrior 👍
I may do a video on each player featured in this one so I can do them all justice
What is he supposed to do, just support Man United in everything they do? The team is dreadful, they need to be called out.
As I said in the video, it’s not that he calls out a bad side not playing well. It’s the lopsided criticism about tackles, sendings off etc. how any opponent United play has carts blanche to do as they please without a word of criticism whereas if anything is done by a United player we get the “ooohhhhh” he could be in trouble, that’s a red for me etc
Gary is the dedicated harsh dad who pushes his young footballer son from the sidelines but, at his core, simply wants to see the team succeed.
I hope that’s the case but with each passing game he gets more and more hyper critical of United. His belief that every tackle United do is worthy of a card or sending off is tedious at best whereas he rarely sees anything the opponent does as being worthy of criticism.
he lost the plot ..once a red always a red maybe he forgot the 70s or was not born .. kid!
He’s got to the stage where I will either find another stream or mute it and use the commentary on the United app
Man Utd are that piss poor they’ll finished closer to the Bottom than the Top , All they Do is Buy other sides best players and I will say this only ONCE , I bet their new manager is Gutted he left Porto , What a fool 😂😂😂
Most clubs buy other teams best players, that generally how it works. Why would anyone buy another sides worst players? He came clearly understanding the situation as if we were doing well we wouldn’t have needed a new manager in the first place
@ let’s hope Leeds Utd draw you fools in the FA cup because if we do you lot are OUT 😂😂
Well if anyone knows about the mismanagement of a football club it would be a Leeds supporter
It isn't just the players who are on borrowed time the whole club is in danger.
I think if we get through the next six months we will be fine but it’s gonna be a rough period no doubt about it ☹️
@MUFCFromADistance Really because we're in a worse position now than we were six months ago and I dread to think where United will be by June. INEOS can inflict a lot of damage in six months. But I admire your optimism all the same.
Gotta hit the bottom sometime I guess. Darkness before the dawn and all that 😁
Paul McGrath.
The only reason I didn’t include McGrath was I thought he was a bit too cultured. More a Ferdinand than a vidic if you know what mean
Keep up the good work
Thanks, I ll try. Quality is still up and down but I’m working on it 😁
Milan said thank you when they let Stam go, they got a defense of Maldini, Stam, Nesta and Cafu...now thats a defense.
Isn’t it just. That would have been a joy to watch
Keane no doubt
Hard to disagree. Robbo was my hero growing up so will always pick him but Keane is the closest I’ve seen to him and I can’t give him a bigger compliment than that really
It's easier to say who should stay: Maza, Mata, Yoro, Amad, Manu and mainoo But to the rest of them
Haha to be honest the video could easily have gone that way 😁
@MUFCFromADistance definitely would've been a shorter video 🤣
I keep them as short as I can 😂
@@MUFCFromADistance 🤣😂
FEARSOME??? it's a non contact sport lmao
Wasn’t always the way though
😮😮😅😅
Schmeichel and Stam were THE most important players in the treble winning team..i said what i said...
I wouldn’t disagree with that…..but would add a few others too 😁
@MUFCFromADistance it's why I typed THE in all caps..because if u took either of those 2 out theresca large drop off..whereas if u took fantastic players like Keane or Giggs out then at least u had Butt n Blomqvist to fill in
Remember Big Jim getting sent off for flattening Malcolm Mcdonald 😃😃
That would have been worth watching. There was something unlikeable about McDonald 😁
@@MUFCFromADistance Yes, nutted him right by the halfway line from what I remember. Took a lot to get sent off back then 😂😂
Of course Vidic 💪💪💪💪
As good as we all knew he was I think we still didn’t realise how good we had it with him
Wes Brown, who played centre half and then later on at right back, was rock hard, in a quiet, under the radar kind of way. Used to make some crunching tackles. Proved his immense toughness by overcoming all those serious injuries, including knee cruciates. Great player, professional, versatile and consistent.
I loved Wes Brown. Him putting people into the stands was a highlight back in the day
@@MUFCFromADistance 😂👍 Top drawer, mate. Great memories...
@@chriscolton6329 Thanks very much, glad you liked it 👍
@MUFCFromADistance 👍👍
Made a good point about the lack of players speaking out about ten hags sacking especially when you think about the reports that came out after the FA cup final last year and none of the players seemed to care if he was sacked or kept on
Yeah sometimes it more noticeable what players don’t say than what they do. I read that it wasn’t so much that they disliked him but more that like you say they just didn’t care one way or the other. That apathy was clear in their play for me. Thanks for the comment 👍
Kevin Moran in that 83 fa cup semi vs arsenal at Villa Park. Blood streaming down his head and he kept on playing until he was stretchered off. It was also a Paul McGrath who replaced him in this game. Im pretty sure Moran was forced to wear shin pads as well.
Cracking player was Kevin. You could see why he was very good at Gaelic football too. Hard as nails
Vidic and stamm
I love vidic but if I had to pick one I’d go Stam. Best I’ve seen
Jaap Stam, I have the STAM 6 black sharp viewcam shirt from about 1999 ..he really closed gates at the back as my beloved Man United won the treble in 99
@ fantastic player Jaap. If you haven’t watched it yet the episode if the overlap with him as a guest is well worth a watch
Garnachos reaction after scoring today would suggest it isn't helping
Could have done it about quite a few players tbh but with that idiot giving him shit the other day, he seemed most appropriate
Nemanja Vidic without doubt the greatest CD to grace the Premier League. Jaap Stam and Vida would have been cold as fuck as a pairing
God yeah, can you imagine it 😁
Where Is Rojo
He was on my list tbh but i had to prioritise other, plus he was a bit of a liability lol
Stam is the man.
Making this video gave me a chance to watch a lot of footage of Jaap Stam and he was even better than I remembered 😁👍
@@MUFCFromADistance Yeah he had everything you need in a defender
Great video
Thanks Ruby, glad you liked it. Thanks for the comments 👍
Eyes on him. He a lot to prove.
Ten hags team has sucked the life out of football honestly every time I watch them play I see a high school varsity team no single player uses their head and are worse with their legs I have never seen a team completely drain the life out of football since van gaal’s united. It feels every time we get new signings we suck the life out of them as well honestly I think for the culture to change we need to trust young players more I’m talking 25 and under with Lisandro as the exception (I think he could be a world class squad player) any body we have on this squad that’s 26 and up should be forced out I’m tired of these so called “veterans" that lack leadership and quality I thought a player was supposed to get better with experience but for these guys it’s the opposite if we want to implement a new culture younger players have to be the staple cause they’re hungrier
The biggest disappointment of ten hags time at United is just how dour we’ve been compared to how exciting he was with Ajax. To his credit he has been working on reducing the average age of the squad but the over reliance on erikson/casemiro isn’t the way we should have been going and the lack of progress and in some cases significant drop off in our younger players is a worry. Let’s see how the new manager does but hopefully he improves players. Thanks for the comment👍
@ yes player improvement is a massive factor we need to have coaches that specialize in certain positions and a new set piece coach our current one is horrendous
thank god someone has had the common sense to look at the history . unlike most dodo's who just think of the Ferguson days !and need their brain's restarted !!!
Thanks a lot for that. I’m never sure whether content that focuses on stuff pre fergie is what people want to watch. Glad you enjoyed it 👍

Thanks Andrew, glad you liked it 👍
Since Ten Hag arrive Scholes he have nothing good to say about the team, but anything English players they are the best. As apass player help and so much experience , give to us solutions also positive ideas.
As a player he was one of the best I’ve seen but I find some of his opinions really baffling. I appreciate his standards are different than mine but his opinion always seem to start from such a negative viewpoint. Him and Gary Neville bend over backwards to praise other teams and slate United. It irritates me. Thanks for commenting 👍
I remember as a kid. Some MUFC fans bit off more than they could chew one day. This is the height of football violence towards the end of the seventies. They got kids to start lighting fires. Before you knew it. The whole of the old wooden barcley end was gone. Huge numbers back in those days. Used to be a sea of red when Liverpool and Manchester came to visit little my little pony. I mean city Takecare. P.S. forgot to mention their fans haven't got a particularly great reputation for having great fans. Could say that about a couple of other clubs. They get huge a number of support. Bless.
These days it’s the so called fans who have large UA-cam channels that are doing the damage. The links between some of those channels and the clubs is my worry, and that’s not just a United issue either. All clubs seem to be getting them. Thanks for the comment mate 👍
@@MUFCFromADistance I found most football violence was pathetic, gutless hit and run stuff. Silly of a young ipswich lad with his mum and dad on a Saturday when Ipswich was in town on the main thorough way of the city. With that blue top on. A couple of us and one copper. Fighting against a couple of hundred or more of our own supporters, because it was terrible. Just one little incident of so many back then with no cameras and little else to do. So it makes sense there's alot of that attitude when it comes to being on a keyboard? Dark but interesting mate. Then because (no offence to our Scouse brothers but true of the creation) you had Liverpool supporters seeing their journey to matches for a different type of smash and grab! I think a trip to highend Geneva is legendary. Being the home of patek phillipe and rolex it would be.😃 So not surprising the authorities would take thing's even more seriously about organized football violence. Just aside note & its proven the Liverpool supporters weren't solely to blame. And it was Thatcher who got English clubs banned from Europe after Heysel. Such bad leak times looking back. But I think you'll find. Maybe Norwich was one of those clubs that lost out the most from getting that ban. On top of the world then. As they were at the beginning of the premier league. Really mate enormous goodluck with your channel bud. Its also the entitlement of football supporters which is so mind numbing to hear. As well as other traits I could mention!😀So that's a really good reason. There is for a channel like yours. Just to point out a few things to those who havent got much self analysis and isn't that so needed?😁 Bless and Takecare.
@@norfolkronin6307 thanks for the good wishes, I ll just keep posting my videos and hopefully chat to interesting people👍
As a fan, United are frustrating at the moment and it’s easy to blame the players but Utd are a PLC. The failings and poor performance of any company always starts at the top with the directors and execs and eventually works it way town to the work force. Also, Rashford is a 25 year old lad!… What 25 year old lad is giving 100% everyday in work while getting a load of shit thrown at them? Especially by some so called fans. Fckem! Love Rashford , love United 🟥⬜️⬛️
Yeah totally agree. Thanks for the comment 👍
Amen
It was no fun making this video tbh but it seems even more relevant after yesterday 😡. Thanks for the comment
@@MUFCFromADistance no problems God bless
Do we now have strength in depth or are the holes in the squad that were there last season still there, just not as deep?
Unfortunate reality with United, there will always be people trying to exploit it. Those fancammers know nothing about fanculture, integrity and reputation and are partially responsible for further division within the fanbase. Besides Goldbridge isn't even a United fan, he's smart that it's making him the £££££ and his model is basically say something controversial or scream at the camera will get you hits. It's saddening that fans abroad don't know Red News or United we Stand and yet that they chose to fall for these fancams.
Yeah totally agree. I suppose it goes with the territory to a certain degree, something popular/successful will always attract hangers on but United don’t help themselves. A two minute google by the club would tell them all they need to know about some if theee channels and yet thus still give access to them. Boggles my mind. Unfortunately it seems that if you didn’t grow up or were around at least when fanzines were your only outlet for real news you just don’t understand the relevance. Thanks for the comment and sub mate 👍
Well said bro, banter is one thing buh promoting hate on d players n coaches is extreme, seriously smth needs to b done to stop it,it has become bullying to an extent ,everything about manunited is so toxic dis days,d club needs to report dis issues to protect not just d players n d coaches buh also d fans, for d lov of God let dis players start producing results cos it about time😊

I think the fact that United fans are already putting every signing on a pedestal is one of the reasons why young talent don't thrive much.
I do agree to an extent and don’t think that’s exclusive to United tbf. In fact United are one of the better clubs at promoting youth really
