I would try again on your next order sounds like there was a glitch in their which can happen with a lot of these apps.

You should be able to press on card or swipe right or left on app and it should give you an option to delete it.

No this video is showing how passengers of Uber can rent a car through the Uber app. If you’re looking to rent a car to drive for Uber you will have to go through the Uber driver app.

Uber doesn’t care if the rider gets there item back. I got some guys phone I want give back. Should be as simple as two buttons to contact a back up # or email. Guess I’ll randomly pop up at this guys house
It’s but what you saying is true Uber really doesn’t care. They also seem to find ways to make things more difficult for drivers.

Has there been any updates on why the option has been removed? Specifically the option to report an item lost or stolen or even the ability just to contact the rider to let them know or leave them a voice mail etc....

Issue of adding card still not resolved. Upside is evidently aware but looks like they dont give a shit since this has been an ongoing problem for quite a while. #upside
I’ve notice the u er driver app doesn’t have this option anymore. Makes it difficult to contact a rider if I find a item
If you goto your trip of the item of the lost item click on the question mark on the top right corner of the screen.
I am having the same problem, and I did click that question mark and it still doesn't give me the option to report a lost item.

Well your already getting gas in your car so why not earn money doing. Now you can’t become reach of this but in our opinion every dime earned is worth it.

When I use destination filter on Uber it doesn't give me riders going in my direction. The pickup May be but the drop off is often in the opposite direction.
Do you have the new destination filter or the old one? And yes sometimes they can happen thankfully haven’t had it happen to me in awhile.

Lyft drivers tend to make more then Lyft drivers do. However, Lyft is a lot stricter on drivers then Uber is.

I don't know what is wrong, but I cannot add a card to my wallet. Instructions say to press the "enter" key after each field but on my Gboard numeric keypad there is a check mark and when trying the samsung keypad I have a DONE button. Either way, after I hit the confirm button, it takes me back to the enter card screen. I even tried running the app with Bluestacks on my PC and hitting the enter key still doesn't work. What's going on?

I'm having the same issue, really weird and frustrating.
Not sure if you all are having this issue still, but I found a fix. Make sure you don't have any cards added in the " My Wallet" section. Then go to claim an offer at a store as if you do have one added. It will prompt you to add a payment method with a completely different interface for adding a card. This one worked for me, and now I'm able to claim rewards without having it in "My Wallet." Really strange issue. Hope this helps somebody!
Yes this is the same issue I am having with no luck of trying practically every day to enter information. I am really almost done trying and deleting app.
@@Ben10Blader My only issue is that my whole card info is in there unlike the spot to add to wallet where it only takes a few. Looks like it will work tho, I have to ponder that option.

Absolutely useless. Support transferred me 5 times and no one could help. They don’t even know or understand what this feature is for.
There's no option to upload or receipt online at all. I've been to like 30 of these videos. There's no option to upload a receipt at all. Is that because it's my first time using it? And can you upload it if you're paying in cash I don't understand
No it has to be with a credit card. Which you have to add to your wallet in the app. Also, at least all of the gas stations are where we live are blue badge locations meaning you just pull into the gas station that has a Cashback offer through Upside and check in then select which card you are using. This feature for uploading receipts is mainly just for restaurants now. Hope this helps.
@The Rideshare CO. half the time it comes back a few days later and says can't verify I wish it would just let me upload the receipt every time next time it screws me I'm deleting it
Facts mine went straight into processing when I verified I had paid I didn't see a upload receipt

I need help when I do not know the item owner
So this is a hard one. Best advice reach out the company tell them you found a item and the date and they will reach out to all the customers who road with you that day. Also, just wait and hope someone reports the lost item unfortunately there is really nothing else you can do besides those two things in this situation.
Bro why I don't have the filter option on my uber ID does it has some requirements for filter destination eligibility
Usually when Uber releases new features they release in into different markets at different times. So be patient it could be coming soon. We know nothing of eligibility for this feature and usually when there is eligibility for feature you have to have a good tier in Uber Pro.

Sorry for the late response Please note this is the screen that pops up after the food has been delivered on Doordash you will be given the option to rate your driver and resturant.

@@ButtBlower log into your account on their website and click the trip you lost it in and they will reach out to your driver. Now if another passenger did it then unfortunately nothing Uber can really do
