30 Day Holistic Fall Reset | rebalance mind, body, spirit and LEVEL UP
It’s that time of year: It’s end of summer, people have been traveling, they’ve been seeing friends, they’ve been doing the bbq’s, the late nights, the beach days - all the really fun stuff that’s just a part of ~summer~
But if you’re like me, it’s also that time of year where you’re starting to realize, as summer is winding down, that there are quite a few habits and practices that you’ve allowed to slip over the last couple of months. It happens. It’s life!
The good news is though, that with fall fast approaching, it’s also a really great time of year to do a RESET. Today, I want to show you how I’m doing my fall reset - all of the steps I take the process that I go through - so I can dial things back in and start the new season off strong!
