Decided to buy these as I finally accepted my worn foam insert was costing me too much lap time and performance in the final moments of trail braking. I'm using just the softest brown damper to replace the foam damper that comes with the pedals from the factory. I have to say that there's a noticeable increase in feel in the final few percent coming off the brakes. I suspect with a few more days testing and practice I'm going to find genuine performance. Really grateful you guys still make these. They've given new life to a set of pedals that were otherwise still working great. Thanks! 🙏

whats they diameter of the cylinders? i wonder if i can use a gluestick with matching diameter to replace the soft foam

Does the replacement hold up well under prolong use ? What kind of material the original is Carbon or Graphite ... Which material is more durable ?

Major shame to see it never managed to turn into a product mate, this has huge potential. But who knows, maybe now, 7,5 yrs after the initial video, you can revisit and rework it? I've been workin' on some DIY iterations with an old Peugeot 106 indicator and it works, but something prebought would be awesome for in the future

Great idea but just save 10 a week for 10 or so weeks and get a loadcell from Ricmotech. That actually measures force not travel! you could even still use these! I feel pedals are more important than the wheel! I have been sim racing over 20 years now and gone through 10 or more wheels. But, I have had the same pedals for about 10 years now. T3PA Pro pedals with a loadcell brake and adjusted springs along with additional hydraulic dampers for the clutch and throttle. I say this because 5 years ago my T500 shit the bed and I grabbed my old Logitech GT Force already had the adaptor wire. The GT Force was just my back up wheel I usually sell my "good" wheels. Other than it being VERY loud and a bit to cog/sprocket grinding feel I won and raced very well (Iracing) for about a week before my new wheel was delivered. Again I feel it comes down to the pedals more than the wheel! But, those pedals cost double the wheel so maybe it was just in my head to justify them. LOL Great product good luck and hope to see you on the track! Remember you don't win on the first lap... Buuuuuut going 3 or more wide into turn 1 on the green flag start seems like everyone else's strategy so I might be wrong. It is frustrating when it happens to you and you pick up damage or even a 0X that screws up your set up. It is fun as hell though if everyone can keep it clean!

You can just undo the 2 Allen keys either side of the brake pedal....just those 2 and u can replace anything u like , then just do them back up ...!

how soft will these go, I'm disabled and my body doesn't really work so great anymore, I would like some sort of resistance but not much at all. I decided I wanted to try out this mod so i installed i this morning and shortly thereafter, I chopped up the stock rubber [conical brake mod that came with the] tgt2 pedals and got it to stop at about 80ish% instead of just barely getting past 40 with way more force than I'll ever use sitting here nakey in my basement lol. it just seems like I would do better with a far far softer rubber rather than this hack and slash job, but I have a feeling the amount of resistance I'm looking for just isn't going to be on the market

Is this a softer option? My V1 with stock spring is too stiff for me. What would leaving the stock foam in it , but replacing the short spring do?

Note to all, don't touch this guy. If you get something that doesn't work, he'll ignore you and leave you to your own devices. I bought one, it hasn't worked properly since I bought it but have hit a wall of silence with my emails. Seems a bit of a fraud to me.

Just a note. When you show the rebuilding the stack there's a small black bushing between the 2 metal washers. That isn't from the stack. Its one of the 2 bushings that sit on the 2 nubs that slot in the back of the pedal. Noticed it as I just recieved the kit from you, and was checking how to install it. Having now used it for a couple of days, I'm really happy with the mod. I normally race Porsche Cup and GTE in iRacing. I'm finding it helps with my trail braking consistancy already, still miles off a good pace. But every little helps.

Ive plugged my button box into every usb port and its not recognized. what could the problem be?

I've been looking for best part of 2 years for an aux CB mic to use with the 2019 box. Nothing seems to work. I've used double aux and single aux plugs but nothing. Does anyone have any recommendations? Strong possibility it was broke on arrival as a few of the switches were not working as advertised but I've stayed hopeful so far.

Would love to know what you've done to the slippery throttle pedal. Update: Scratch that, I've just seen your Part 3 video! I too removed the tipton plastic piece from the throttle and noticed an *immediate* improvement in my lap times (I wasn't expecting that) as my feel for the pedal became much greater. Good to hear your existing rubber brake mods for the CSL elite work on this one, I'll be getting some.

I Don't know if anyone can help me but SV Mapper isn't working for me in game. I can set up the assignments, and they work on the pc. I can use the parking brake to pause videos, but it doesn't recognize it in game. It calls for button 19, when I try it...

Frankly I find the stock spring to be too heavy for me for playing truck sims. I end up with a sore leg after a few hours of having to press that hard ass pedal without any brake mod. I want tofind a way to make ieasier to press not harder
