The bill didn’t pass but may resurface in 2025. 🔄
Non-disclosure aligns with Utah’s preference for limited government. 🚫
Key Insights

Tax Disputes: Homeowners can dispute overestimated property taxes by presenting comparable sales data, a process that can lead to tax reductions. 📈
Legislative Efforts: A 2024 legislative bill sought to require disclosure of commercial property sales, indicating a push for transparency in certain real estate sectors. 🏢
Broker Concerns: Real estate brokers may resist disclosure to protect market information, highlighting a tension between transparency and business interests. 🤝
Failed Bill: The 2024 bill did not pass, but it suggests ongoing discussions and potential future changes in disclosure laws. 🔄
Political Context: Utah’s non-disclosure status reflects its political preference for limited government intervention, common among other non-disclosure states. 🚫

Lived in Logan for 15 years Utah sucks the cult of Mormons ruin it
And the weather is 100x better in LA and Utah has Mormons and can't buy liquor past 7pm.

I checked out your UA-cam channel and found your content very nice and thumbnail construction perfect. But the problem is that you didn't SEO your video properly due to which your video is not getting more views. If you do video SEO your video will be on the top of the search list and your audience will increase. I also noticed that your video tag is not using SEO keywords, title-description-tag is not SEO friendly, I can fix these if you want. And I will SEO your videos to reach your real audience.
Hey Eric , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your videos to reach to a wider audience ? Please Lmk what do you think ?
240' is a foot taller than city hall and 3 feet shorter than the Hilton Hotel on 2nd and W.T. - what is everyone getting worked up about?
Probably just the biggest building in a part of town that is still struggling with all the new density also. Roads are small and things are getting tighter. It will be interesting to see what happens.
Excited for the A's to potentially play here in 2025. With any luck Vegas falls through and they can stay
I'm sad Vegas didnt fall through. Hopefully we get something soon.
Ryobi warrior!
Love contrast therapy. Gotta get that HGH.
I don’t understand why you are lying, year over year we are at a loss if you look at all the data going back into pre pandemic. Utah as a whole is about 27% below its year over year😅. Even Zillow and realtor reflect at least 13% below last year. Not to mention how lenders, realtors and builders all have skin in the game to keep home values high. Manipulative Utah lol.
Economy so strong??
Such click bait. Nothing is crashing. By not raising the fed funds rate, does not equate to "rates are crashing."
Hi, I hope you're enjoying yourself! I recently looked at and studied your "Living in Salt Lake City Utah | Hey Eric Gardiner" UA-cam channel. There are 333 subscribers to your channel, and you have 384 videos. The quality of your content is excellent. Here are a few problems with your channel, though! * SEO Score is significantly too low; optimization is required * The following items also need to be optimized: the video checklist; the video tags; the channel tags; the video title; the video description; the meta description; the description hashtag. Your video views, likes, and subscribers are not rising as a result of this kind of problem. Increasing your business can be achieved by using correct video SEO to improve your video views, likes, and subscribers. Would you like to improve your SEO ranking? I'm awaiting your answer. With gratitude and best wishes, Abdullah Expert in SEO and a Professional Digital Marketer
Interest rates are Not Crashing . Unless you think a slight move is a Crash . Economy is Not Strong ! Where are you getting your Facts , the W.H. ? 😂

Salt lake city's a scumbag place
It will be interesting to see what happens with Utah’s Olympic and how it can potentially affect a bid for a MLB team.
I used to live in Provo
I lived there for two years had to leave because of the air quality, as I tell people it was a good day when you saw the mountains… it was a bad bay when you saw none.
Yeah the air quality can suck some times. Its my least favorite part.
Nah definitely not a place to live or die lol
Gross stinky Mormons though 🤮

Good. Keep out.

Fruit Heights is a good neighborhood!
This location is Fruit Heights is amazing. Right next to Kaysville, easy freeway access and close to Cherry Hill and Lagoon.
Beautiful home!
Agreed.
500 grand! It barely looks 100 grand????
Market has changed a lot and homes in Utah are worth a lot.
Unbelievably over priced.
stupid price
Looks like the house from moral orel
Percent housing market is bad. Nobody wants to move it by everybody should just wait until the housing market gets better which unfortunately when there’s a Stand Off could result in a crash.

Utah’s over evaluated by 30% the average medium household income cannot purchase the average median price home. This is not good no matter how you slice it.
So let’s all hold off for a year wait for those interest rates to come down, but some downward pressure on pricing and well I’ll be in good shape. Sellers will be incentivized to self move onto more for the properties and buyers will come out of the woods and purchase again.
