Imam, why do you not remind the women to not wear make up, perfume and dress up when going? Why not mention those Ahādīth about women dressing up outside and looking good outside? Why not mention the Ahādīth about how women used to dress when going to the Masjid? Are you that desperate for sisters to go? Is it for your own enjoyment or something

The permissibilty for women to come for Eid Gah in the time of the prophet ﷺ was because the splendour of Islam was displayed to the disbelievers. The intention was to show that the numbers of the believers was grand, there is not such need to do this as the numbers of Muslims is known by the non-Muslims via census. It’s shocking in this era of fitna where women come dressed up caked up with makeup unlike the times of the prophet ﷺ, these modern molvies are inviting women to come out!
