Just found your channel and wow, it’s awesome! Love that there’s no loud music or yelling and screaming drama, just beautiful scenery and nice fishing. Thank you!
Thanks!
Nice relaxing video. Curious to know what flies you're using. You don't have to be specific, just general types. Ty.
@@FL-PHILLIP Just a Sam's One Bug
What a useless video
What length and weight rod? I’m guessing a 71/2 3wt.
@@myakkafly3506 Close. It's a 7'2" 3 wt glass.
Another Great One ! Beautiful creek and fish.
such a dreamy creek bro
I really enjoy your videos, you have a talent for finding some incredible streams to fish. I can tell by your pictures you really appreciate the incredible beauty of nature. You notice the little things that most people ignore. For me hunting and fishing is more about the process or journey than the outcome. Your videos make me think you think the same way. Well Done, Thanks
Thanks. I've come to really enjoy the pictures. I do enjoy mostly exploring into the small streams and don't mind occasionally getting skunked. May not enjoy it as much if I got skunked most of the time though, need a little fishing reward at the end.
I agree, I’m in the learning process of mountain trout fishing and if I end up catching just A fish it feels like a success!
Nice trifecta! Love seeing those big brookies in there competing with the browns and rainbows. Great video!!
Beautiful stream, beautiful fish. What was the elevation you were fishing at if you don’t mind me asking? Thanks for video!
About 3700 ft
Incredible stream! What’s your go to rod and reel setup for this size water? Thanks for sharing Bill.
I use a 7'2" 3 wt glass rod. Pretty much what I use for all small streams.
What a day! Glad to see someone loves the small South Carolina streams like I do. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks! I tend to enjoy the small streams more than the bigger ones.
💕Wow💚💜💜💜💚💜💜
It’s great to see the size of the stonefly’s
Nice fishing Bill
Those are some nice fish Bill.
Nice fish
Great approach. many think they need to wade out into a river, when the big ones are often feeding next to the near shore and a 20 ' cast is sufficient. Often you need to crawl across to keep your shadow or profile from the water surface. The big ones spook first, that is why they live to be big! Iguana
Looks like hickory creek in neosho mo
Nice fishing Bill
Thanks!
I'm moving to the upstate from the lowcountry later this year. Really looking forward to exploring for SC trout in the foothills. Thanks for the videos!
Happy christmas time 😂 Wonderful small river, so lovely - but sadly we have to wait until next spring until trout fishing is allowed again in germany. May I ask weich region it is aproximately ? Tight lines, Markus
South Carolina in the US
Just subscribed to you channel for dear ol’ dad. I’m sure he enjoys the beautiful footage as much as we all do. You’re a good son to bring back your experiences on the streams for him to view and enjoy since he is not of good health to do so anymore. Watching this channel will add years to us all who enjoy fly fishing and nature . Nice work!
Nice fishing Bill.
Great video Bill!! Cool spot and nice fish! I love making fishing videos too and your videos are awesome!! Keep up the great work! 🤝🔥
Another great video Bill. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome catches!!!
Another great stream and video. That stream is a little bigger than the ones you usually fish. I was in Robinsville that day, it was raining.
Gorgeous fish
Glad to see you back on the streams, you find some of the most beautiful places to fish! I’m going to be up in Graham county the end of next week till the middle of the following, I’ll be happy if I can do half as good as you.
Chattoga?
Yeah
Thanks for sharing Bill.
Awesome catches! Cool waterfall 😊
You find some of the most incredible streams to fish. Great video, unbelievable stream.
Awesome catches! North Carolina is cool State to visit!!!
Some gorgeous fish right there!!
Just subscribed. I love those little brookies! Used to fish for them up in the Catskills in NY. Beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
If you don’t mind me asking, what is the name of the flies that you were using? I was catching them the other day with a spinning rod and rapala.
A popper called Sams One Bug
Sick video mate! Amazing spot!! I just recently uploaded a fishing video as well and really enjoy your videos!! Keep it up!! 🤝🤝
Great fishing video
Very beautiful small river 😊 I really would like to flyfish there
It is a very pretty stream
I really enjoy your videos, you really caught a bunch in that one! I have a piece of property on a creek very similar to that one, I haven’t quite figured out that kind of fishing yet, hope to get up there in Oct. to loose some more flies and break some more leaders. Thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks! A lot of these it a shorter rod, 5x tippet, with a dry fly and maybe a dropper. You're lucky to have property with a stream like this.
@@Billflyfish If I can get up there in Oct. maybe you can come out and try fishing it. It’s in far western NC. I could use some pointers.
Thanks for sharing Bill. Looks like a wonderful day and the fish were biting good. I have fished up there and it is an amazing place. 😊 What were the nymphs you were using?
Been several years, but dries were 16 parachute adams and the nymphs ended up having to be small Zebra midges
Thanks for sharing your videos with us.
Glad you like them.
@ 7:51 you should have enlarged & framed on the wall! Great shot!
What county are you fishing in, if you don't mind me asking?
This was Haywood
@@Billflyfish, lot's of nice fish in that water. I'm in Watauga county. Thanks!
Nice catches! Your still photos are beautiful, what did you capture them with? Gopro?
Thanks! No just my phone, Galaxy S22+. I don't think the go pro makes very good pictures, at least the old one I have.
@@Billflyfish, wow that's incredible, rally nice shots. I just got my first gopro the 11 black. Videos are great haven't tried the stills yet. Pretty cool you can share this with your dad, I bet he loves it!
Beautiful place
I really liked the beginning, most people never experience the beauty of the natural world waking up and starting its day. Thank you for reminding me! Beautiful stream and more beautiful fish. God really out did himself when he made Wild Brook trout.
Great video! Beautiful little stream.
Awesome video
