Don‘t put too much pressure on you!🥰its all starting in the mindset. Try to think about your weekly things you would like to accomplish, try it for 1 day and see how you feel in the end of the day and how your mood is. As soon as you see how much your productivity and mood changes, you‘ll be doing this as a new routine, trust me! Just have faith in yourself 🤗💕
