Well, since before CE i was grinding inf5 with finger in my nose, i already understand. Point of the video was that average dude will quit after reaching 100lvl because solo he cant do anything to improve and needs to be boosted by stronger guys/1 op dude for quite a while.

@@shadowhappi7043 Yes there are places where you just need carry, since with the CE they tried to make players more group dependant. Well good luck finding groups now when game is basically dead

@@t3ss3r4ct4 nope, dont think so. people are stil trying to make drakensang to be great. just like in life sometimes things fuck up and it takes time to repair so you can start improving, draken is in the state of repairing right now

@@t3ss3r4ct4 if you want to know more about this, i´d suggest you join the international section for drakensang on discord. search veteran cavers for post from 8.12. daniel h, that should help you understand if you want to understand. forums are basically dead because discord replaced them + added what discord is to it.

about the active guild, i am working on that right now :-) i posted on discord in both my (skcz) and international community

i dont, i came for gear. i joined 4/5 group. rest of the group left because they were newbies like me and couldnt kill a thing

I agree with your words aswell. The current situation is just too wrong for a newbie, who has no experience/knowledge with the game. Just for the record, i didnt intend to defeat bloodshed mobs alone, i was 100% sure that i cant do it. I joined 4/5 group there hoping they were perhaps some stronger guys doing their thing and wouldnt mind if a newbie tagged along. However, each one of them had the same idea as me most likely, because they were weak, didnt know how to aproach the super resilient mobs and after few deaths and not killing a single mob they gave up and left the group, thats how i ended up on a bloodshed map on my first day as 100.

@@shadowhappi7043 Also the community is shit; i have asked a ton of questions ingame not one got answerd so i am done with this game... (yeah i have searched for answers first but they are not explained on google or on the wiki)

@@aristonia1991 Not that many are playing the game anymore. Those who remained and are "strong" are usually just addicts who cant break the cycle. Game changed very little. Im not playing drakensang anymore, but I should be able to provide information. You can ask me here If there is something you are uncertain of.

Equip with good group. Sure, I agree. Where does a fresh 100 get a good group? Most likely by begging someone´s ass. Since every class can now fully break armor, there is not much point (not much harm either) to inv another player. Ranger doesnt need warrior in group for physical armor break and vice versa. Mages have wortex + different elemental armor breaks. Dwarfs have options as well. Solo no boss on painful can be killed efficiently as fresh 100. Doing it 100 times to gain enough material is extremely demanding at this point...for very little reward.... and ESPECIALLY Destructor, whose health a weak character would have to shoot down 4 times while still trying to dodge the Helmit minions and messing around with the bombs! Thats not just demanding thats madness to require from a fresh 100 who just wants to improve.

Dude, I can feel your frustration... I've been there too. But you will find plenty of group for anithing you need. OK, maybe not every time, but most of it. You don't need an OP group. A simple group of fresh 100 will do a q5 infernal. And in 2 or 3 runs you will drop 2 rings lvl135 (acceptable at this point). Then go destructor pain. Same group will do 100 runs in 2 or 3 hours. I think you are a little attached to your idea... If you want to play you can. If you want to do ALL that the game has to offer as a fresh 100, you can't. P. S. I can solo destructor with my ranger (lvl100 only for 1 week) without it recharge. 99k damage 29%crit (99k damage with 2 balor rings lv135)

First let me start by saying that i appreciate your comments, where you put your actual thoughts into it. However i think you got it wrong on certain aspects. - Group of fresh 100lvl will not be able to do q5 infernal in my opinion. They will have little resources (spirit stones, essence) thus will die and if they die they´ll go into city because average guy wouldnt see the bigger picture (sacrifice 40andermant so I stay on map and not reset mobs hp so 5 newbie guys like me have a change for q5 ring drop) - gear from PW infernal is 125, not 135. - how would newbies know about Destructor amulet being good? its not seen when you enter the boss room, the craft table doesnt show its values. - 100 runs in 3 hours equals 108 seconds per round, absolutely not happening with newbies. Some nebulas, one (or more) guy can have slower net connection or weaker/older pc and with those load times take longer. Sometime boss would kill them and from my experience, most new guys to the game aren´t even aware of the existence of spirit stones :D Now however dont get me wrong, what you write is possible and I am intentionally netpicking and looking into the detail. The hard-grind way as a newbie was how drakensang used to be some years ago. I feel like now you wont find this attitude in game in many people, especially when there is a possibility to be boosted by op guys.

I admit I was a little sloppy with numbers. I wrote on impressions. But I'm happy you get the point: it's hard, not impossible. If you're on heredur and you want some help, add Link0 as friend. @@JLiuk Making a character strong shouldn´t be easy. It should take time, certain amount of focus, effort and planning. My main point to show with this video was that a fresh 100 will most likely stop playing after reaching the cap level, unless he gets himself a guild with guys who will boost him. The inability to improve efficiently as a fresh 100 solo is the FIRST point in the game when a player would question if he should quit. Other aspects come later. If stronger dudes would let you even on 1 run of blood and they´d achieve 4 or 5 chest, that amount of gold you couldnt farm in 5 hours on painful. Just by the way, i am already beyond the point of newbie, because I, with absolute randomness joined a group farming Hagastove Grotto and there was a guy speaking my language and he asked if I wanted to join. If it wasnt for the guild, i wouldnt have 145 uniques; q5 rings, q8 torso, world uniques and so on. I intend to do a follow up on how i improved after 1 week, so stay tuned and you´ll see :-) And just for the record, one warrior i used to play with reached 100 level day after me. Till that point i saw him online every day. Now its showing for him "less than a week". He reached 100, perhaps understand how much things he would have to do to be good and probably uninstalled - that would be my guess. I am on Grimmag but thank you :-)

what i expect? i expect to be able to improve on my own. group play should be beneficial but not mandatory in order to improve. although this is an online game, many prefer to play solo at least once in a while if not most of the time. if you play the game, put down your gear and knowledge to level around 25 (cause thats would you´d get if you level from 1-100 nowadays) farm some pinks or legends 105-110 lvl, remove your gems, runes, jewels and YOU GO FARM with that. tell me what you can kill, how much can you farm and if this will improve your charcter. on painful and excru you cant improve efficiently, higher difficulties you cant kill.

@@shadowhappi7043 man the game is about playing in group, ofc u can play solo when u get better but u expect fresh 100 lvl to kill hardest mode ? thats weird go normal and you can slowly improve

@@sostratuszgrimmagu no, of course i dont expect to kill the hardest mode. i did join a group there 4/5 and they were probably people like me, who need better gear. when they realizeed its too hard they left, i was the only one who endured. thats when i thought lets make a video out of it. and to not forget, by playing normal you the level of improvement is so futile that it cant even be called an improvement.

I was initially very hesitant about Darksiders 3. I´ve seen some footage of it on youtube and it just didn´t seem very good to me for whatever reason. Best mistake i´ve done in a while... It´s an awesome game. Just be wary, early parts of the game when you are not leveled up enough might be a bit difficult.

Oh yeah. Original Crash 1 was hardcore. Don´t forget they also created Stormy Ascent which was not put into the game with justification that it was TOO hard.
