Phase 1 is better for repetition. Phase 2 is the most memorable one-shot moment. It gives people who are into their story beat and its ending a moment that is rarely replicated in entertainment. Pinnacle and end of an arc, it's incredibly powerful and memorable. I don't play Mihoyo's games, but I get FFXIV vibes from this and absolutely love following Genshin & HSR's musical and art journeys, and I'm just so thrilled that the audience here are getting the same kind of treatment we did with Shadowbringers and Endwalker. :D

@ That explains why I like first phase so much. I like themes that cycle really well and I actually want to listen to them cycle. That’s why I still love Phantylia’s theme so much to this day. It is the best cycling theme in all of Hoyo’s music.

real. it's incredibly disappointing that the best part of the fight isn't available more than once, it and dvalin are the only bosses with only one real phase in the weekly boss version, and while dvalin's extra story air battle was kinda lame, I would LOVE to swing that big ass pyro sword with this music aring again. but alas

Imagine if we could use A Thousand Blazing Suns’ super attack if we use Pyro Traveler in the weekly boss and destroy the three Abyss pillars in time, god that’d be hype

That's worse when you consider that this "Friendship power" literally references the struggles of Latin American and African countries, that despite our differences we're ultimately brother countries (That's why you can often hear a Latino say that someone from another country of Latin America is their "Brother", as we all share a common history). This is the same reason Mavuika rejected Capitano's plan, since rejecting our culture is what gives us life and brings us together, losing our memories is the same as being death (Hence memory and identity being such an important part of the plot of each tribe quest).
