You're correct that confidence is attractive, but it's as anything just a part of the package. Looks matter a lot, which is why makeup and grooming is more or less a given. Someone can be confident in their looks, which could seem circular, but as long as the confidence is based on something real it is solid. Doing things that makes you proud of yourself is great, if they also impress others that's even better. Different people have different baselines, some are more anxious and some are more confident. Building real reasons to be confident - and trusting others who have confidence in you - is really important for those of us with an anxious disposition. "Fake it until you make it" is a great way to give yourself the benefit of doubt while letting others be the judge whether your competence is real or not.

Apart from the one tattooed on my arm?? One book that I loved (audio better than paper) was Greenlights, McConaughey's memoir. :) It speaks to very similar things than what you mention in this video! and it's delightful to hear him telling stories

is cold water ok? i get rlly grossed out by room temp for some reason
Yes, cold water is fine if you really can't stand room temp. Warm and cold water have their own benefits and water retention/bloating isn't hugely affected by temp. Adequate hydration is more important than the very minor changes you will see from changing the temp of the water you drink. So focus on her other water related tips while drinking the water temp you prefer. Things like the 10 minute walk or doing chores after eating like she mentioned in the video is going to be a much better solution for bloating/water retention.

Viking museum includes a Viking settlement and people to talk to about the lifestyle. Vaasa museum worth one visit. Stockholm old town up by Nobel institute one of our abiding memories. Been to many cities in Europe and North America… Stockholm definitely in the top 5. (And as a half Finn, maybe that takes some saying 😂)

I love this video so much. I am working 9to5 now, but I actually love my job because I finally found a great environment. However, sadly my salary is not enough to pay off my debt, so I want to post videos on Tiktok and UA-cam. I am also studying Business Psychology and I feel like I've been trying to do everything while not doing anything because I didn't have a plan. So this video helped me understanding the impact of doing something consistently even for an hour every day. I will defo binge watch your videos now, thank you for this ❤

Recently I finished reading The Mountain is You, where the author talks how most people self sabotages, and she explores which underlying reasons drive us to make those decisions.. and how to navigate them. I didn't expect the book to be specific, and I really loved it!

This is the quickest way to get there !!! I hope you can show up as that person this week, even in the smallest ways
building discipline in small ways: Structure - Morning & evening routines. Education - Start reading 5 mins a day, or 1 page a day. Money - Check your bank account every lunchtime. Mindset - meditating and journaling. Self-love - positive affirmations, daily gratitude, every morning or every evening.

There is something very important that you did not mention throughout the video, which is the theft of children, especially children of the immigrants and refugee children and those fleeing wars in their countries.
As a vegan thinking about moving to Stockholm, this video helped a bunch! It gives me a lot to think about and to compare to other countries
