Reponding to the questions in the comment section: the Cycle Time Efficiency is converting days to hours using the 8h (usual working hours in a company) as a base, so: 8.9h / (8.65 days * 8h) = 8.9h / 69.2h = 0.1286 Converting to percentage and rounding up this result, it would be: 0.1286 * 100 = 12.86% = 12.9% (rounded up)

The video is very well made, however at 1:01 you should have started by providing the formula and not just blowing out stuff like 0.928 because that is 13/14. It doesn't make any sense to just drop that without elaborating.

yes I think there is a mistake in the calculation. If you multiply 8.9 by 8.65, the answer is 76.985, that said, the answer is wrong

what if you have multiple swimlanes?

It seems, that here is a repetitions in the video at 0:56 and 1:26. And word "Milieu" isn't translated from French into English "Environment" at 3:32.

How do you get 12.9% in cycle time efficiency there is some mistake in the calculation because how can you divide hours with days? when we divide 8.9 hours with 8.65 days, then the value is 1.02.
