Sir my question is if i completed my mbbs in china with 1 year internship then from where shall i gather 2 year working experience?

I have confusions in terms of getting medical licence in UAE. In UAE licence there is written at least 2 year experience.so after MBBs what is the next step for gaining two year experience?
