Hello, I was interested in your gloves, could you tell me which type I got: Deltaplus APOLLON VV733 or APOLLONIT VV734. How is your satisfaction with them on obstacles?
Im using the VV733. It is good for carrying obstacles and obstacles with wooden surface. The grip of the gloves is also okay for hanging obstacles, but I usually use them for these kind of obstacles only in rainy weather.

Burpees are no more?
Only at obstacles, where you dont have enough space for a penalty loop. For example at the obstacle Beater in this race.
@@bendeguzkranitz I tought that penalty loops are only for elite waves. Good to know :)

Dieser Lauf war 2022 mein 1. Beat Lauf und es was für mich die Hölle auf Erden. Das Wetter war echt Scheiße und die Temperaturen natürlich auch, 2023 sah es schon viel besser aus, ich war nicht da aber habe es mir fest vorgenommen wenn ich körperlich besser in Form bin, nochmals zu erleben und dann unter anderen Voraussetzungen. Dein Video gibt einen Einblick was auf einen zukommt doch kein Video kann die Krassen Bergauf Passagen wieder spiegeln.
Erster Beast Lauf in Kaprun ist eine starke Leistung - gratuliere! Die steilen bergauf Passagen muss man wirklich vor Ort erleben - sind echt anspruchsvoll. Gott sei Dank hatten wir dieses Jahr schönes Wetter. Viel Erfolg für deine Vorbereitung :)
