The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends brushing twice per day for 2 minutes each time.

Our ancestors never brushed their teeth or used dental floss. The dental industry is a joke.

And toothpaste has toxic ingredients, fluoride being one. And why is there sugar in it when I'm supposed to be cleaning my teeth

I sit on the right-hand tail of the bell curve on this one. I'm obsessed with brushing my teeth. I have like every ProHealth release of Crest toothpaste. I can't brush enough. I use three different toothpastes in one session. At least 3 or 4 sessions a day.

I intentionally tried to rot my teeth 2 years ago for experimental reasons. I didn't brush my teeth with toothpaste and I only brushed every few days for roughly 30 seconds. I did this for 365 days. I didn't gain any cavities, actually the opposite... I had one cavity completely resolve itself. Modern dentistry is a hoax and a ploy to make more money off patients. If it were more affordable to get dental work people would believe this BS at a much higher rate. We're onto you all. A good diet and healthy lifestyle with natural remedies for hygiene are the only way to treat your body. Floride is toxic to the human body and there are zero toothpastes on the market in big box stores that are floride free wake up people.

It's now how long you brush it's how well you brush. Quality not quantity I would say

Not me. I brush 30 seconds each quarter of my mouth sometimes longer. I floss twice a week only sometimes 3 x I do brush twice a day morning & night. You have to take care of your teeth & your gums!!! I’m 60 & have great teeth & gum health. I get cleanings 2 x a year my dentist always tells me I have very clean teeth. We only get one adult set. We have to take care of them!!

The ADA also insists on fluoride and mercury in teeth. Don’t follow the ADA if you value your health.

The math ain’t mathing… 30 seconds… it’s recommended to brush for 2 min, twice a day. So the 30 second represents only 1/8th of the recommended brushing time 🕰️

30 seconds/day instead of 2 minutes twice/day = 1/8th.
